Description of Work: We used West Coast Sash and Door for 6 large replacement windows. They were helpful in the showroom, taking time to show us the differences in types of windows. The scheduling and installation were first rate and the crew was professional, taking time to show us how the windows work and how to remove the screens for cleaning. They did and excellent job and I would use them again.

Description of Work: They fixed a leaky window that had been installed improperly by someone else. |It has not leaked since. |In 2006 they installed a sliding patio door and 2 windows which was perfect.

Description of Work: The bolt that secured the left French patio door was jammed and could not be opened. Several contractors suggested that the only option was to replace the entire door. The door was a special size and replacement would have been extremely expensive. Their service representative knew how to replace the jammed bolt without damaging the door. In 45 minutes, he had the old locking bolt removed and a new one installed. Now, the door functioned perfectly as it was designed. I highly recommend their services.

Description of Work: The only complaint with West Coast Sash and Door is the windows are Milgard Brand. They did not offer any other brand. The double payne Milgard Windows in my house are all milgard windows. As the windows all slowly starting loosing there seal I had West Coast Sash and Door replace just the glass of the windows that lost there seal.. Sadly the window glass seems to be low quality, they are rippled when you look thru them at an angle. The company seems fine except Milgard Windows seem to be low end in quality. It has been several years since I used them. I hope they offer a different brand even if it costs more. I need more windows replaced I will find a different brand then Milgard.
