Above all came in at less than half their competitors. I mean that is just way to much. I always get three bids for a sizable job. How happy I am that I do!

Reached out to Homadvisor to help fix a leaking roof and a rainy day. All above roof responded right away and completed the job before any further damage resulted from the rain.

On time, did what they said they would do... Roof did not leak... Will hire them again... Gave reasonable price... Pleasant people.

Wow! Set up appointment last evening, quoted in the AM, called his guys. It was repaired before the rain started at 2:30. 8 section of garage roof (tile) edge of bottom to top, replaced 16 fascia, plywood under 1/2 of it(all dry rot). Price was right. I m doing a happy dance. Jesse & crew were great.

The procedure recommended as necessary for a proper repair included more than just mastic, and we agreed to the more thorough procedure for $500. However, the workers came without instructions or the proper materials, and applied only mastic, which we would have done ourselves if we were convinced it was adequate. Upon completion, we were surprised with what had been done, but there was no explanation nor reduction in price for the lesser job than was bid. It felt like bait and switch, but at best we did not get the work we were told would be done, were given no paperwork, and only a verbal, warranty and no receipt.

I'm waiting for the first rain.
