Jesse provided Customer Service beyond my expectations. He said what he would do, and then did what he said. He continually called to confirm his and his crew's arrival times. His crew was very courteous and very professional. Not only did the crew repair the portion of the roof where the leak occurred, but they also took the time to survey and repair all areas where future leaks may occur. They ensured the job was cleaned up after completion.

I called a few roofers when I had a leak into my house at 9PM on a Sunday night and we were leaving on a trip at 5AM the following morning, it was still raining and more rain was on the way. Jesse called me back quickly and had a crew at my house at 7am the next day. They assessed the job called me and we agreed a price just as I was boarding my 8AM flight. I'm not sure if I could have gotten a better price (nobody else could even get to the job to price it), but I sure got great service in an emergency. Roof held up as the rain continued through the week and I have a three year guarantee.

I had a leak where the garage roof meets the wall and i thought it must be in wall or that flat roof. But they quickly ruled that out and found the leak was under the tiles in the sloped roof above. They proved it to me by pulling off some tiles and showing me the deteriorated paper and wet plywood. Excellent diagnosis.
