I needed to patch a part of the master bathroom and closet. Jesse doesn't play any games! Strait forward and realistic without any adds on, like his competition. Roofing project was completed before the recent big rain. The crew cleaned up after each work day. Replaced all the broken tiles and Jesse, the owner, tried his best to match the existing tiles. My husband and I were very pleased with the skylight installed by Roger.

Jesse who owns this company is a very professional and fast moving person. He does not put any pressure tactics and performs the job as he promises. It is easy and fast and the price is right too. I will gladly refer him to my friends. It helps to know well the types of roofs and the kind of work generally performed as you can guide him to do the kind of quality of work you want from him. With some help from my roofer friends, I knew what I wanted and shared the information with Jesse and he did exactly that and agreed that that would give a very long and good roof. I thought it would be a long project and with him it is not. Once you sign up, he gets the work done in 2 days and starts as soon (in a couple of days) after you sign up. He is planned and is bonded and insured and takes care of the permits as well.

Jesse Bonilla came and installed 2 new vents. We postponed doing the entire roof until later when I have a little more money saved. Jesse agreed to take off the cost of the vents ($400) from the complete re-roof project I hope to take on in about 6 months.

The company repaired an area where the boards were rottening and put a mettle striping to prevent future problems.

This is one fantastic roofing company. Part of our shingle roof on a very steep pitched roof came away. I called several roofers,, AAR responded quickly and said they would come look at it. They were prompt and said they would repair it right then, even though it was raining and the roof pitch is so steep the TV guys won't even go up there. AAR not only fixed the problem, they inspected the roof and fixed other shingle problems. Andthe price was very reasonable, especially for the other services they performed. No upselling, no BS, just a really great experience. My husband was a commercial contractor for over 40 years and he was blown away by their professionalism, quality, price and degree of customer service. They have a client and references for life in us. If you need a roofer, try them, you will not be disappointed.
