I am happy to say that Jesse, at Above All Roofing, really stands behind his work. My roof was repaired quickly and I have had no problems!

so far they have only done a small repair ... their estimate for the complete roof replacement is to follow, but they were thoughtful enough to send someone right out , IN THE RAIN, and perform the necessary emergency leak fix, all said and done within ONE HOUR! So far I'd say I am astonished by this company's response to my need and look fwd to their complete estimate!

I have to say they were so fast to respond to my leak and come out. As it turned out they found it was not the roof. They worked so thoroughly to investigate it too. I was very impressed how the following up was as well has been too.

My experience with Above All Roofing was Excellent. I was looking for a company to repair a leak I had in my metal roof. After several calls with no luck, I decided to go on Home Advisor, and they were the first company listed with high ratings. I gave them a call, and spoke with Jesse. I explained my problem and Jesse said they could have someone come out right away. As soon as they came, they immediately went on the roof and diagnosed the problem. They came back the next day at 7.45 am and started work. They finished the job promptly and everything looked Great. I would definitely use them again if I need a new roof or repair.

Fist off I'd like to say I am a sucessful bussiness owner myself in Ventura County. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I never write a reviews. This is definitely a review WORTHY!! I contacted Above All Roofing through a home repair app from "HomeAdvisor". Jessie came out access the roof and gave me a verbal quote for my three leaks all in the same general area. Jessie verbally stated he would further access the whole roof and repair ANY leaks for the recommended price verbally given. Also the verbal quote indicated all work was guaranteed for (7) years. I agreed on the price set a date and work and requested a written quote emailed to me or dropped off in my mailbox soonest. I never received the written quote until the date we agreed the work would be done. I advised I will not authorize ANY work until I received formal written quote on company letter head. So I waited and received a quote hand written within 45 min. Work was done within 2 hrs. 12:00pm until 2:30pm. I paid electronically and tipped ! I received 3 notifications stating the owner requested a review. I chose to wait to see if it rained to know if the leaks were truly fixed. It rained 3 weeks later. Seems like 2 of the 3 leaks were repaired and one new leak 2 feet away from the preexisting leak appeared. I text indicating that 2/3 leaks were fixed + a new leak occurred in the same area. I received a text back stating he was DEFINITLY charging me and there was NO way for these leaks to reoccur. ADDITIONALLY I had rodent proof material installed on my roof that was removed at the time of the initial repair yet never reinstalled once roofers completed the initial repair job. So not only was their leaks I now had a rodent problem :( . I still got yelling and attacked personally treated as if I personally caused these leaks after repair and demands of payment for return of their re-work. I can now say Jessie is super unprofessional and is a true BULLY doesn’t allow you to speak. 4 WEEKS AFTER initial follow up of leaks the brother of Jessie showed up apologetic for the behavior of his brother and stating he only wanted to correct the issue. I explained his brother was irate/unprofessional and poor communicator falsely texting their crew was out all day working on my home and his price was only to cover the initial visit not any reoccurring visits to preexisting work. Total complete non-sense. initial work took 2.5hrs. Which I was surprised! I allowed Oscar in to look at the roof through my attic ONLY I thoroughly advised no work is to be done until we discuss his re assessment of the roof & work. That did not happen 20 minutes into the attic I hear banging like with a hammer and drills. I was upset and told him their communication sucks and is unprofessional. He apologized stated they see the leaks and will repair for free and on good faith weather I agreed or not apparently. 30 minutes later they were done and it rained three hours later the same day and the SAME exact LEAK was still in fact

Jesse did an amazing job and was extremely fast and efficient. He quoted a price better than others and stuck to it. I highly recommend him!

Responsive and finished the job as planned. Good estimate. Clean-up details were overlooked at the end. Had to unplug the downspouts after they left . Overall work on the roof was very good.

Very professional and finished quickly........

I was very impressed with Jesse's responsiveness and estimate. He gave me a quote very quickly. His quote was reasonable, and most importantly he gave me a fixed price quote for all the wood damage I had to both the fascia and the ship-lap over the eaves. All other quotes would not estimate the wood repair - they only provided a per foot cost for additional work that would be added to the bill. I also appreciated that his company was not as "fussy" about the tree overhang. Most other companies told me I had to have trees trimmed prior to their arrival. He worked quickly, obtained all permits and cleaned up well after the work. The only downside to the process was my misunderstanding of the quote. I thought they were going to do a complete tear off of the entire roof (as requested), but instead they just tore off about 50% where I had wood rot and did a re-shingle over the remaining part of the roof. That is the only reason I deducted 1/2 a star. Just verify that detail, which was not clear in the estimate, when you finalize the contract. Otherwise, they made the process very simple and cost effective.

I cant climb up on the roof to see but I hope they did a good job.
