After an initial scheduling miscue and some other issues on the first day, Aurelio from Overland Plumbing arrived promptly at 8 am on the second day and sized up our problem with a rusted out natural gas house line and a problem with an old, leaky Moem system in our bathroom. He gave us a very reasonable estimate for both projects and worked non-stop on both problems. The bathroom project required a lot of expertise in plumbing, soldering, and dry wall patching, which Aurelio handled expertly and in a short period of time. I will continue to use Overland Plumbing, and highly recommend them to anyone.

They were fast and efficient - drained my tub, cleared the clogged pipe and replaced the defective stopper mechanism - all within 2 hours of when I called.

I had a leaking pipe behind my refrigerator and a broken pipe under my sink. My floors were getting ruined. They were out to my house within an hour to help.

I had an issue not covered by their estimate. They said no problem and as soon as I get the parts they would take care of it. They are constantly following up. Thus far they�re very above board. They did send what appeared to me to be a novice plumber (he took a very long time to do a simple job-adjusted the bathroom sink stopper) but then they sent another plumber to follow up and double check his work. They kept on top with communicating with me until the job was done satisfactorily. Final comment�..I am impressed with the quality of their work.

Upon inquiry to Service Magic, I received a phone call from Overland Plumbing within one minute. I had some questions which were promptly checked into and responded to by Overland. I asked for the first service call of the morning and was told someone would be at my home to install a water heater between 8-9 a.m. At 8 a.m. someone showed up and worked diligently and professionally until the job was complete. The work was very well done and the area left perfectly clean. Very satisfactory experience.

The flex attached to our water heater was leaking. Joe sent someone out who arrived on time, fixed the problem quickly and charged, I think 85.00, which I thought was reasonable.
