Overland Plumbing

Overland Plumbing recently installed a water heater in my home. There were a number of problems, which were NOT Overland's fault. I had not had hot water for ten days. Mr. Isaac Giladi of Overland stayed completely on top of the situation. He was the most courteous, conscientious and kind contractor I could ever have wished for. His plumbers, Aurelio and Otello were great, efficient, competent and polite. I have already highly recommended the company to a friend. Thank you Isaac, Aurelio and Otello.

Very courteous and responsive. Provided quote range over the phone, unlike many competitors. Arrived on time as scheduled. Quality of work was excellent. Came in at low end of estimate and even replaced a part in the toilet for no charge. I have finnally found a plumber - the only one I'll ever need.

They did an outstanding job. The damage was assessed and was much worse than we had anticipated, however they gave us a reasonable price and had the job completed in half the time they estimated. Everything works wonderfully and they cleaned/repaired after they were finished. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing a good plumber.

Overall I was happy with the service I received. The only issue I had was they tried to charge more because they said they needed to use a bigger auger, which I found absurd because the machine could go 70' instead of 25'. I could see charging more because the job description had changed and required more work, but it didn't. The machine was a little bigger and had wheels to pull it. That being said I spoke to the owner and he agreed to stick with the price we had originally agreed upon. The plumber was clean, nice and cleaned up after himself which I appreciated.

Showed up exactly on time at the beginning of the time window. Quickly diagnosed the problem and cleaned the drain lines at a reasonable price.

Came out did the job, was friendly and recommended other safety features that I could add to my home

Overall ... very happy with their work to clear a bathtub drain and replacing a garbage disposal.

Great service. Came out right away on a weekend. Finished quickly and charged what was quoted on up front estimate. Haven't had an issue since.

My Kitchen sink was plugged water would not go down, they came right out, my piping was caroded, they repiped under the sink were able to unclog drain, with the $69. service fee charged $169. to repipe, and it was fixed , it ran slow for months would not unclog with baking soda and vinegar, I use once a month to clean out drains, they did a very professional job, I would call them again if I need a plumber.

They came and did a good job fixing the drain in the shower, but was unable to fix the drains outside. Charged what was quoted for inside, but more for the outside drain than was quoted. They were unable to fix the outside drain, but still had to pay for snaking it. Not sure if anyone else could fix it. We will have to call someone else and see!
