Within the minute of hitting the enter key on the computer, the phone rang. The woman from Overland Plumbing was polite, gave me a quote on the installation of a new water heater on the spot, and told me I could have it installed the following day. I told her I wanted to call around for more quotes, which I did, but ended up calling Overland back. They installed the water heater at the price quoted, quickly, and correctly. The service men were neat, polite, and professional. I am very satisfied!

The pricing was fair, they knew what they were talking about when they inspected the pipes, and didn't charge me for work that I thought might be needed but they said wasn't pressing. All drains drain great.

Toilet leaked after supply line and angle valve was changed and work was not checked before leaving. After checking all toilets tech recommended changing flush valves and they still leaked after he left; wasted the whole day waiting for another tech to arrive to check his work. Turns out the first tech was inexperienced and they should have sent someone experienced on a new customer.

Pretty easy setting up a time. Guy came out, removed the broken wall heater, and patched up the interior and exterior walls, all in one day.
