The actual installer, Hugo, was great. The scheduling is sort of ad hoc. The return to do a trivial fix was re-scheduled three times. Maybe a new scheduler.

Great service. After exhausting search for reliable plumber, we came across the overland. They were prompt to answer our questions and concern. Very knowlegeable staff with personal care to our issues. Little over our budget, but service quality and parts were above our expectation.
