Showed up on time, showed me the problem, gave reasonable estimate, did job on time, cleaned up after, inspected all his work, returned all my calls, what more can you ask for. I was happy with the whole job and the service.

They came right away, they didn't try to upsell me, they seemed to know exactly what they were talking about, and their team was very friendly and professional. I was pleased and found the service to be very helpful.

Our plumber did a great job; he was very professional. In fact we had him come back and complete some additional work. Only reason for 3.5 stars was he arrived later than originally stated and no one called to inform us of the delay.

I had another plumber come over because Overland's initial estimate kept going up-they kept "finding" things that needed repair, I went from $860 to $2800. It appears Overland removed my entire waste line when the problem may have been only the grease ring around the toilet, the other plumber told Overland that the pipe that was removed was good pipe. Also I phoned Overland today they replaced the faucets on the bath tub and now the hot water will not shut off or turn on properly, the 1st job (kitchen) I was overcharged. I must admit their customer service is good they do get back to you in a timely manner, but I feel I they took advantage

Was on time, explained to me in terms I could understand what they were going to do to resolve my plumbing problem. The whole length of pipe (about 15feet) had to be replaced because of extremely dense tree roots. My garden was completely torn up but they did try to save some plants (i asked them to do this) and leave aside for me to replant. They finished on time and cleaned up very very well. Price was reasonable and made sense. Recieved a much much higher quote from another plumber that didn't make any sense at all.

My mother was very happy with the quality and price of the work.. This is the second glowing review I've given HomeAdvisor. What a relief to find a service that I can trust for my elderly mothers needs. "... And they were QUICK!"; she says: Finished the work for the price of the basic service call.
