I called Overland Plumbing to have a sink and faucet replaced in my guest bathroom. Patrick gave me an estimate, which I decided to go with. Since then Iâ ve had him replace the bath tub valve and two more sinks and faucets. He does excellent work. He is very conscientious about doing quality work and always makes sure everything is immaculate before he leaves. He is always very polite and very personable. He is an excellent employee and a wonderful human being. He is an asset to Overland Plumbing.

The plumber that came out was very personable and helpful. I am a very handy person myself but could quite trace a leak in my bathtub. Kevin was able to troubleshoot the leak and repair it. I have a crazy Schedule and the company was very accommodating. Another part failed after the repair was completed, as I feel always happens with plumbing, that caused a leak later the same day. Overland was prompt to respond, dispatch the original plumber back out and even hold off on charging me until the leak issue was resolved. Everything is as good as new, if not better, and overland sent me a personalized follow up the day after completion to ensure I was content before closing my case and charging me for the initial repair.

The technicians were friendly. They showed up on time and did a great job for a reasonable price. I was definitely pleased with the services.

Overpriced, required a 50% deposit. Work was not great, very so so. I paid a premium price expecting the work to be top quality but was very disappointed. I kept having to ask for things to be done and when they were not, I was told it was the best they could do. Do not accept the job if you cannot do the work.

I like them except for the fact that when they quote me a price they changed it at the end without even telling me anything I had to find out by looking on the paper and I question it and then you tell me well I did all this extra stuff what extra stuff we agreed on a price I expect to pay so then he bought the price back done overall

Came early, nice people, quality work

Overland plumbing kept me up to date on every turn. Our plumber came, was very hospitable, I happen to be outside as he drove up. As he got to the door I noticed he did not have a mask on, so I said give me a moment to go in and let the others inside know to wear their mask, he quickly asked do you need me to put a mask on and I said that would be great. He went back and collected his mask. He came in and went straight to work. We called him for one job, but we quickly asked his opinion on a few more jobs and he worked with us . A good human being, one I would greatly recommend. Patrick was the gentlemanâ s name.
