Geremi was very courteous and took care of the problem quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Plumber team of 2 were both very uniformed, clean and presentable, right on time, and had new equipment. I was very happy with the whole experience. At my request they wore plastic booties, which they supplied, before entering the house. I negotiated the price before starting from $98 to $79. It took less than 5 minutes to complete the job.

They were fast, pleasant, and did an excellent job.

Customer service was great

The technicians corrected other deficiencies not included in the quote with charging extra. That speaks volumes in terms of integrity and workmanship to me.

I made an appointment for 8am. By 8:45, no show & no call from the company. So, I call. Elena contacted the service guy and told me he was 20mins. away, delayed because he wanted to make sure he had the right part. Well, by 9:30am, still no show! Finally he gets there at 9:50. All to install an adapter for my dryer. Says he's sorry he's late so he'll only charge $125.00! What!?! for a 15min. job? I'm a new customer, so, you would think they'd want to make a good first impression. Not Overland. No communication with customers and way overpriced. They won't have to worry about me again! C.

The manager was very professional and came to the site every day.

Our plumber, Hugo, was very knowledgeable, pleasant, answered all of questions and worked quickly. He cleaned up nicely after his work was done. He has a great personality. We will request him next time.

Very professional On time Clean work

The service was fast and clean no mess anywhere. However, they were 1 1/2 hours late for the appointment, but they did reduce the rate because they were late. I would give them another chance if needed. But I hope I will not need to call them or any plumber again.

Very expensive. Dented sink slightly and did not install reinforcement for faucets.

Geremi installed a hot water dispenser and replaced angle stops and new supply lines in for the bathroom sinks. On time, quick work and a good job. Very pleased.
