overland Plumbing completed five different jobs for me all were done okay but very expensive. I was on a dead line so hired them on the spot. The last job on 5/25 was very bad where they cracked my kitchen counter top. At first they would not answer my call until I told them I would cancel the last job's check. They were angry but replaced my counter top and requested a second check to secure full payment which I gladly provided on 5/25 in the amount 895.00. I requested they mail me copies of written guarantees (warranties) for all jobs performed and copies of the Los Angeles City permits for the job their company completed. As of yet 6/7/2017 I have not received anything by mail.

Hugo the plumber from Overland Plumbing was exceptional, gave me great advice did not try to oversell me on anything gave me options for future work that needs to be done, was fast, efficient and courteous. By the time Hugo left I felt like we were friends.

The plumber quoted me 135 to r&r the bathroom plug. I supplied the part. After removing the old plug, the price was quoted 650. to fix the plumbing under the tub. I was also told that the old plug was stripped now and could not be replaced. I was left with an open drain to the floor below. and renters due to move in the next day. When I spoke to the owner by phone, I was treated like an imbecile who couldn't understand what this complex plumbing issue was all about. I called another plumber, who came swiftly to the rescue and replaced the old plug with the new one that I had supplied. He also tightened up the old plumbing with a new compression connection and fixed some new leaks under my kitchen sink. All was accomplished within two hours and the charge was 350.

Jeremy installed a faucet and replaced valves in my kitchen. He was prompt, fast, and completed the job correctly. I have had several plumbers come to my home over the last five years to perform various tasks and Overland Plumbing is who I will call in the future; when I do, I will request Jeremy. Very professional and knowledgeable.

It was exactly what I would expect, often times I am disappointed but this time it was very professional and the work was done in minimal time, very happy with this service especially the plumber himself. Quality work, professional and very outgoing personality, not chatty but explained reasoning behind his suggestions.

Actually showed up an hour early with no problems. Accessed the problem and immediately started work to replace the water heater and repair the plumbing.

Very Professional, good customer service but prices seemed a bit steep to me but we hired them and they do good work.

The plumber was a bit late (the previous appointment ran long), but once he arrived he was great. Excellent quality work, clear explanation of what was needed, and he finished in less than two hours (despite having to dig three feet into our yard to get at a busted pipe). Would definitely recommend.

Techs were efficient and professional. Work was finished in less then 8 hrs, at a decent price, and well done. Idea and how to fix the gas leak was original .....capping off line with leak underground ......and adding new line above ground underneath small lip on wall of house....which reduced cost and time to fix and looks decent.
