Very prompt, courteous, and completed the repair completely.

They came within a hour and cleared up the sewer quickly. The price was fair, the technician was professional. I would use them again.

The staff and plumbers are awesome and did exactly what they said they would do.

I was given a quote to replace a broken water heater vent pipe from $150-250. I hired them from this basis. The customer service and the technician are good. They communicated with me every step of the way, which I liked. When the technician arrived, he wanted to charge $675 and I was able to talk him down to $500. But still, that was a lot of money. However, I went with them because I don't want our new tenants to have to wait for hot water. They just moved in from New York. I would have shopped from more companies had I know this is the price to start with. If they were closer to the price that I received originally, I would have given them 5 stars.

Hugo, was great. He explained what he was going to do and why he was doing it. He was on time, and did the job in two days. I was very happy with the job. I will not only highly recommend him to my family and friends, but will continue to use his services.

My plumber,Hogo, did an excellent job solving the problem with the toilets.. He had to go to the supply store because he was not carrying the replacement parts in his truck. But he was quick in returning and fixed the toilets completely. High marks for workmanship!

Good communication with company and plumber. Fairly prompt. The job was fairly easy, just a minor wire connection at water heater. I thought it was a bit expensive for a 5 minute repair. Plumber was very nice.

We should have taken the time to get other bids so the fact that this plumbing job cost over $20,000 was our fault. The original quote was $12,000 then a $982.00 pressure regulator was added (cost on the Internet from various sources was approximately $250.00). I was shown "their cost" on the regulator which was clearly false in retrospect. Then they found more issues which raised the cost to around $22,000. When I asked to talk to the owner about the ridiculously high cost I was told he would return my call by 2:00 pm but when I asked again I was told he was out of the office for the next six weeks.. am assuming that they did quality work. Word of advise...get a few bids before proceeding with your project.

I had Another company come out and charge me $215.00 And did not clear up the drain . Gerrmi. Look it over and qouted 289.00 to clear up both the bathroom sink and the bathtub . The difference is Geremi said if it didn't work there would be no charge . With the other company I had to pay regardless . Right now I am a happy camper . Next time I will learn to go with a company that is not looking to get into my pocketbook . And they wanted another 500.00 to high pressure the system which would not of wor

Quoted price for work done on the phone was misleading. Ended being more than double. But since they were here, I had them do the work. Quality of work was very good. No complaints there.

Sticker shock at what plumbers charge these days!

Overland Plumbing has just become MY plumber! Class outfit from the first phone call through the completion of the project. I had a toilet leak under the house and a constantly leaking shower. Geremi explained everything to me, showed me all the bad hardware and the new pieces he was installing. He took his time, respected my property (the fairly new tile bathroom floor) and left the place spotless when he was finished. Overland Plumbing will be getting all my business going forward.
