I was very pleased with the plumber sent and the quality if his work. The end product was perfect!

I had several jobs needing to be done. Initial estimate was above 20K. After I did some research, I found some of the charges to be grossly excessive and said so. Geramy trimmed 7K from the estimate. I still think I paid too much. Also, some work was done poorly and had to be reworked, which just extended the time frame.

Nobody show up, they claimed they had the wrong phone number, when I gave to her she repeated back to me ok the day of the service when I called them an hour and half after late she had excuses so I told them to forget it.

I was very pleased with my tech Germany he was friendly efficient and went straight to work he told me after looking at the water heater exactly what needed to be done and gave me my options. He gave me the time it would take to repair and everything that he needed to do for its repair I found him extremely efficient professional and friendly I would recommend him and his company anytime in the future.

I felt that they were a little pricey, but they worked all day long and it was quality work. I was very happy with the work they did.

Overland Plumbing is great. They are one of my favorite pros. This was a big job that turned into a huge job. They repiped about half my house, installed a tankless water heater, repaired my gas line and replaced my main sewer line. They sent two weeks here and were never late once. I was given complete information at all times and they showed me photos of the progress as it was happening. When I had questions my calls were retuned in a timely manner. All the guys that worked here over the two weeks were excellent. Special thanks to Geremi who was the project supervisor and to David and Gilbert who spent most of their time under my house. Highly recommend them.

Appreciated the detail info about job before it started. Hugo and Jose know every facet of the work. He and Jose worked tirelessly getting the new plumbing put in under kitchen sink and laundry room. Small older house did not deter them. Clean, efficient, positive attitude and friendly. Total 'can do' approach. The Best!

Effective but expensive.

They were quick and efficient at taking care of my water heater problems.

After a routine inspection, the gas company shut off our water and said our water heater was not to code. I called Overland and immediately felt at ease with Hugo, who was a professional who knew his stuff. He knew all the codes and what our issues were. We decided to replace our two very old water heaters. It was the right decision. Hugo gave us guidance on selecting new ones and they were brought over and installed the next day. We have running water again!

The work was excellent and the guys were very polite and skilled. They stood me up for the first appointment, but then made up for it early the next morning. We had a Pex water pipe leak and were without water to the house for about 20 hours. I felt the price was high (more than $150 an hour) for the amount of work involved, but, overall, they did a very good job, and I would recommend them and I would call them with future needs.

Showed up late but the quality of work is superb. I've used them before and won't hesitate to call them again in the future. Ask for Aurellio. A bit pricey (but who isn't?). Honored discount coupon they gave me four years ago!

I felt Hugo listened to what we needed. He explained what he wanted to do to meet those needs, and executed the work efficiently and professionally. We even came in a little under budget. We’re happy and will probably have Overland back to do more work as needed.
