The work estimate was not itemized (parts and labor) although I asked for this.

They were great. Fixed several of our issues. Found a leak we were unaware of. Geremi showed me the leak, hidden in shrubbery. So, basically, he saved us from having serious problems like our house turning into the Titanic.

I wasn t presented with an estimate and when I got the bill I was blown away by how expensive they were. They did a good job and they were prompt. Just too pricey. For that I wouldn t use them again.

Scheduled next day appt then called back with same day cancellation opening. Hugo was prompt & professional, evaluated the problem, gave alternatives and estimates, and set next day for repair. Crew arrived on time, were efficient, organized, and considerate. Work was accomplished in a timely fashion with advice provided and options discussed for possible future upgrades. All around excellent service.

They were a bit pricey but did an excellent job.

The Repair People were very well versed and committed to the repair work as assigned, no real issues outside of their need to UNDERSTAND BETTER THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND TO ARRIVE ON TIME AS PROMISED! We had a small misunderstanding in terms of what work needed to be accomplished FOR THE PRICE but I let that slide because of the Quality of the work they had already finished as well as time constraints. Would I hire them again ABSOLUTELY, OVERALL THEY WERE A GOOD CREW THAT WORKED WELL TOGETHER. THEY JUST NEED TO BUCKLE UP AND STUDY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE SO THERE ARE NO FURTHER MISUNDERSTANDINGS WITH ANY OTHER CLIENTS! Their CREW CHIEF was very knowledgeable & Professional over all!

I was charged for a service call since all that was needed was to have the pilot light relit; but I thought it was a little too high. However, Omar fixed it quickly and answered all my questions. He was honest and knowledgeable. I would hire again.

Installed toilet lifters (toilevators) in both bathrooms. Excellent work. Left everything very neat and clean. Very pleasant to work with. More expensive than expected.
