Very professional and efficient.

The company charged me a service fee of 150 dollars, which is double the price compared to other companies for 30 minutes of work, he removed a cartridge for my Grass Shower. The manufacturer charges 54 dollars and Overland Plumbing quoted me for 584 dollars, also a separate fee for labor of 550 dollars to install cartridge. I highly advised who uses this company to do their homework first on what their project entails, because if i have not done my homeowner i would have paid over 1080 dollars extra

They were very quick to set up a next day appointment for my leaking sink. They came in and took a look and gave me an estimate in about 10 minutes, and after I approved the cost, they immediately got to work. The work was done quick and seamlessly and the plumber was in constant communication with me during the job since I was at work during it. Great experience.

Hugo from Overland plumbing was the person that was sent to us to give an estimate and do the job. He arrived on time gave the estimate and performed the job. He was polite, friendly, courteous and professional. Explained the work he was doing and kept us informed as he went along. Did a good job of cleaning up when he was done. I would request him if we need addition work.

Very professional. Free estimate. Easy scheduling. A little pricey for what was done (installing a user-supplied sink and faucet, and snaking a drain), but spent the time to do it well.

The work was great. One complaint - after the initial work was completed, we asked to have their electrician come out for a small job. We have asked three times for a copy of the invoice and have not received one yet.

I couldn t be happier with Overland Plumbing in all categories. I contacted them for a next day under sink reverse osmosis water filter installation. They were able to accommodate my schedule, the installation was done with A+ craftsmanship, and they even came in $350 below their quoted estimate. Hugo is a talented plumber and a super nice guy. If you need anything plumbing-related, I can t recommend Overland Plumbing enough!

Patrick helped me out today. I needed to fulfill an inspection requirement and was unsure what was required. Patrick arrived and solved the problem. Very reasonable, very personable. They did a great job and were prompt, clean, and courteous. Their prices seemed a bit high. However in fairness, I did not get a lot of quotes. Getting the job done in a timely manner was first priority. According to the site, their pricing was in the normal range for work performed.

The work was fast and efficient. Overall quality was good and the pro was knowledgeable. Price was higher than I expected for the water heater though.
