I had an emergency plumbing situation. I was grateful that Overland were able to come quickly. They arrived and quoted me a really high price. I pushed back and immediately they reduced the price by $800. That s a big drop! I had to go for it because it was an emergency but that seems like price gouging to me.

They were fair reasonable, and did the job. Will likely use them again for any plumbing job that comes up.

Patrick was very knowledgeable. He fixed our plumbing problem right away. I called on a Sunday and they were out on Monday morning at 8:30 am.

I hired these guys through Home Advisor. I had to schedule them a week out because that was the first opening they had. I would have moved on, but they had a good rating. The scheduler said I would be the first stop that morning, and they would arrive between 8 and 9 am, which was good because I had to get to to work that day. On the day they were supposed to come, the driver texted me at 8:30 that he would arrive at 9:30. I said ok. 9:30 no plumber. At 9:50 I texted him back where are you? No reply. At 10:10, i gave up and when I got in my car, I texted him that I was cancelling because I could not wait any longer. As I was driving off, he texted back that he would be there in 10 minutes. I said no, too late, and I was promised between 8 and 9. Then I got a call from their scheduler saying the window was 8-11. She talked over me as I was trying to say I had been told I would be first stopped between 8 and 9. Then the driver texted me again saying it was taking longer because of the fires. This really upset me because there were not any fires around this area at that time and I called him on it. Obviously I lost a week to getting some needed plumbing done and was misled and lied to. I would not recommend these guys.

The customer service provided by Elena was beyond my expectations. She was attentive to detail, timely in getting service technicians to our home, and accurate in the overall pricing of the job needed to correct our problem.

I was leaving a review for a fence project and noticed I never left a review for Overland! We used Overland Plumbing for about 5 different projects at 5 different times. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

The plumber did not know what he was doing. He charged me $150 and did not fix the problem. Waste of time and money.

They did AMAZING work and fixed a big problem that a handyman caused. My only slightly negative is that they are a little pricey but for a good plumber, I guess that is just to be expected

Arrived in 20 minutes and replaced exploded bathroom sink hot water faucet handle- flood to fixed in about an hour- amazing!
