I had a great experience with the company. I was called right away and the communication throughout was great. My Plummer, José, arrived on time and was very professional. I had my issues resolved and am very pleased with the work he did.

This contractor gave me one estimate of $253, then after talking to his boss, he doubled the estimate to $506. I was given the first price before I asked the guy for a senior discount or a HomeAdvisor discount. This also was a written estimate and he simply crossed out the first estimate and doubled it. He also told me after he had already given me the first estimate, that my job was now considered a commercial project. This all happened after he talked to someone else on the phone. I was told that it was still a home project because it was just a condo.

Appointment center called me right away. Great job by Patrick repairing kitchen sink and bath faucet. Arrived on time and also caught faulty valve.
