I needed a plumber right away for my tenant. They helped me out promptly. It was just a clogged toilet. settled the rate through the office before the job which helped for no surprises . they were great I would hire them again .

I found out the new water heater was defective. Overland technicians said it was working fine. I insisted the new water heater was not working right. After checking by the technicians, I was proved to be right. One of the heating element was burned out. First they said they needed to charge me for replacing the burned heating element. I refused because I had not used the new water heater even once. They finally agreed to replace it for free. They should have found out the defect themselves instead of disagreeing with my complaint of the water heater not working right and should have told me the replacement of the defective heating element of the new water heater to be free of charge.

Reliable. Honest. Good communication. Well trained workers. Willing to work with you to get what you want the way you want (flexible). Very happy with the job (offered me options on a water heater and I decided to take the tankless). No pressure either.

They charged me for one thing to replace, they charged me 3889.00 to replace bath tub for labor and materials. The floor is uneven and cut granite that they are not supposed to.

I still have my leak problem.

Overland called back immediately and set up an appointment the same day. When they arrived they were ready to begin work and boss had worker in truck. They were efficient, businesslike and very pleasant. Work was done same day and cost was comparative to other companies (I researched). The installation was done the right way the first time. Once the work was complete I noticed that the area was completely swept clean. Very fastidious work.
