I hired then to replace water heater; the water heater was fine but a week later my kitchen faucet failed; they replaced the faucet and since then whenever I first turn on hot water from any faucet it sputters and spurts; I had another plumber check their work and he told me that the installation was not within code; I had them come out and bring it up to code; it still was sputtering; they then sold me a new pressure valve; it still sputters and spits; this never happened before they messed with my plumbing; they failed to properly diagnose and fix the problem, all they did was sell me more services; I will not ever let them touch my plumbing again; they were friendly and congenial but I should not be the one to tell them what the building codes are, they should be telling me.

I was told one price. But when he got there he did unauthorized work. In other words to tenant pointed out a couple of things to him. That should never be pointed out to me. And he did the work without calling for approval and wanted me to pay for it. I informed him that I do not and will not pay for work I have not approved. Long story short. He hounded me, with threatened and harassing phone calls for a couple of weeks.

The customer service was great and so was the Plummer Tyler. He did what he said in a timely manner and his work was neat.

I have had a couple of guys that were awesome, on time, and did the job with no problems, they were very professional.

Installation well done, resolved all issues in a timely manner, verified everything was working properly and cleaned up installation area very well.
