Fixed the problem and, unlike most plumbers, cleaned up after themselves, leaving the bathroom spotless! Very professional and courteous.

Last minute cancellation of appointment late in the afternoon. No one answered their phone when I called back. I had taken a day off of work to meet them. I did reschedule and work was satisfactory.

Isaac & crew were fantastic. Had to get this done while we’re were out of town. Responsive over the wknd, on time and on budget (much better price than the ‘brand name’ plumbers). Very pleased, highly recommend!

Elena was the representative I spoke with on the phone. She contacted me so quickly, her call came in as I was still typing my query. She was very professional. She made scheduling a breeze. Patrick arrived on time. He assessed my situation, diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate on the spot. I approved his proposal and he set out to procure the requisite materials. Patrick returned within the hour and he completed the work that afternoon. Patrick explained the work he performed so I have a clear understanding of the principal cause of the issues I was having, and how the new equipment should be monitored and maintained for future reference. Patrick was personable and professional. He even went to the lengths of wearing “booties” over his work boots so he could keep my house clean. Other than the fact that my problems are resolved and everything is working as it should, there’s no visible evidence that any work was performed today. That is to say that all work areas were left immaculate. Patrick did a great job of cleaning up and disposing of any and all debris resulting from the installation. My experience with Patrick and Elena will ensure that next time I have any plumbing issues, I’ll be calling Overland Plumbing for sure.

I had Overland Plumbing come out to replace a kitchen faucet and repair a leak. The faucet was repaired, but my housekeeper discovered the leak was not repaired (the following day). I notified them and they came out again to complete the repair. My issue is, they initially quoted an outrageous price of $700. When I had an issue with it, the plumber called the company, only spoke Spanish to the person on the telephone, then adjusted the price to $546. What he didn?t know... I speak Spanish. I won?t use them again.

Yesterday 04/14/2021 I had overland plumbing out to fix my kitchen faucet PATRICK arrived on time and wearing his mask checked out the problem I had a 28 year old Grohe faucet it needed to be replaced Patrick said he would go out and pick one up he asked me what type and color and style and he would be back to install it. What a AWESOME faucet he brought back like he read my mind. He installed it and looks amazing and works great. Patrick did a great installation and this is the second time I have used them and in both occasions Overland Plumbing has gone above and beyond with quality of work and GREAT PRICE. You guys are certainly the best. Don

Very professional

Overland was easy to deal with. Followed through on appointment immediately (even came early) and stayed until the job was done (flushing a tankless water heater) and then stayed to help with another problem that I asked about while he was here. Patrick was as nice as could be. When he didn't have the part for the extra job I asked about on the spot - he went to the store to get it and fixed the problem without hesitation. I will definitely use Overland again and will ask for Patrick!
