Ronnie charged us $200, said he would order parts, and never followed through. I called or texted him at least a half dozen times. Sometimes he would answer and say the parts were ordered and he would be calling the next day to schedule the actual repair. But then no follow up or further contact. We feel this guy should be rebating our $200 since it?s clear he never intended to follow through. Stay away from Dragonfly Fitness Equipment repair and from Ronnie!

Build Treadmill

Ronny was GREAT! I was able to schedule him within a day of calling and he showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable about my machines and did a great job servicing and cleaning them. I would definitely hire him again and will now use him to maintain my treadmill and elliptical machines.

Ronny was amazing. He is punctual, honest and fair priced. I would use him again in a flash He picked up my new treadmill at a Sporting Goods store, delivered, assembled it and removed the old one for a very fair price. I was particularly impressed with the way he took such care not to bump anything or scrape anything. He is matriculate and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Excellent. Ronnie came to our house very early in the morning on my request and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was very upfront about the costs and then ordered the parts on our behalf. He came back once the parts arrived and finished the job with ease. Couldn't recommend him enough.

Ronnie is very good at his job. While he was here, he cleaned all the belts, tightened bolts and generally tuned-up my machine, while determining what needed to be done to fix it. As it turned out, I simply needed a new cord and Ronnie assisted me in ordering it from the manufacturer, to save me any mark-uup or the necessity of a return service call. He then followed-up a week later to make sure I'd received the part from Octane and to make sure it had resolved my problem. He's very thorough and I recommend him without reservation. As noted by another reviewer, Ronnie does speak accented English, but he's fully conversant in English and really knows what he's doing with the equipment. I had no issue understanding everything he was communicating.

, then I heard about Ronnie at my local gym that he did service there. I contacted him when he was driving so it was difficult in the beginning to understand him. I asked him if he can come and take a look at my machine, he tried to help me over the phone but i felt that it was too much for me.  When he came he was extremely polite and almost immediately described me exactly what i felt on the treadmill and explained to me that I needed service at least once a year that includes cleanup and lubrication of the treadmill.  He opened the machine and cleaned inside the hood, then lubricated the belt and did all necessary adjustments to it. He gave me a couple tips to maintain by myself so that my treadmill will be able to be longer lasting.  Ronnie was very professional, and took the time to explain to me every step that he performed.  I did service my treadmills in the past, but nobody and no other company went the distance as Ronnie did, I highly recommend him!
