Brad was FANTASTIC! Our old system broke and we needed a new one right away. We called him at 7:30am and by 5pm the SAME DAY we had a new system installed and fully functional. Brad checked in throughout the day with updates of when the technician would arrive and also dropped off the system himself. He was extremely conscientious in his communication and service! This was such a nice experience!
