I sourced around 4 different water softener companies and ultimately decided on Pro Water. I had the privilege of dealing with Brad. He was really professional, not pushy like other sales people I dealt with and he actually took the time to explain everything and test the water in front of me. From the get go I just had a good vibe with Brad and it’s one reason I decided to go with them. Other big part was obviously the price. I can truthfully say they offered a great competitive price compared to the other offers I received from the other companies.

Very professional, thorough, efficient, and quick. I comparison shopped with 3 other companies, and ProWater was by far the most value for money. Brad was thoughtful and clear in explaining the options, and his team did a great job of installing. They also followed safety protocols in this quarantine time (I chose to bump up installation because two of my faucets were corroded by my hard water, so I wanted to avoid further damage--was also worried about the state of the pipes!) It's been a week and my skin is less irritated, my clothes and dishes are cleaner, my water tastes better, and I'm so pleased and happy--will definitely recommend to others!

After a TON of shopping around and comparing companies that installed water softeners, I decided to go with Pro Water Solutions. I had no idea that there were so many things to consider when making a decision. Brad patiently walked me through many factors, and answered all of my questions. They did the actual installation today. The system looks great - very professional, clean and well laid out. They also completed the work much more quickly than estimated as well. Once installed, Jack explained how the system worked, and how to operate and maintain it.

Found Pro Water Solutions based on their high rating. Turns out to be accurate and true. Brad was very responsive to questions about the process, the equipment and water treatment options. The work was done with care and professionalism by the technicians. They had to get creative based on the environment (walls and layout to electrical outlet) but the results were clean and not unsightly. There was a miscommunication about adding the water line to the fridge but that was taken care of without charge! Overall, love the results and quality of work. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We were in the market for a whole home water softener and drinking water filtration system and had a number of quotes. Not only was Pro Water's quote the most competitive, there were no games from sales reps. All my questions were answered and everything was straightforward with Brad. It was a much better shopping experience than the other 2 larger companies we had out. Installation with Jack was smooth and easy as well. As far as customer service following the install, Brad was quick to answer our questions and even followed up again to make sure we had all of our questions answered. I will be recommending Pro Water to anyone who asks. They saved me money, I feel good about the whole experience, and we love our new system. If you want to avoid the games just go to Pro Water.

The company s owners were anxious to educate me and help me decide what the best system would be for my home. The job was done quickly and efficiently and I was invited to be part of their family and could call them anytime if I had questions! I got just what I wanted and their pricing best out another company I was considering. In fact I already referred a close friend to call them for their similar project !

Brad and Jack are very professional. I did a lot of research and I met with 2 other companies before I decided to move forward with Brad and Jack. Brad was very helpful and patient. He worked diligently to answer all of the questions I had regarding reverse osmosis, whole house water filtra7tion system and water softening. I decided on Brad and Jack based on the their customer reviews because the other company I was seriously considering had some issues with their plumbers flooding people's houses. Jack installed our system using copper pipes and reiterated how to care for our system. He also installed an accessible shut off valve for our water since the previous one was buried a foot underground. I highly recommend Brad and Jack because they are professional, extremely knowledgeable about their products, offer a very competitive price, and care about the customer.

I'd done a ton of research on water softeners and met with several companies by the time I'd talked to Brad, so I was well prepared and knew what I wanted, but nonetheless I was quite impressed, and I didn't need to think twice before making the decision to go with ProWater. From a customer service standpoint, he was knowledgable, transparent, thorough, and very communicative - and a good all around guy - so I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. The price was quite fair, the installation was seamless, the water softener is working great, and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend, and have to express my thanks to these guys again! For context, my project involved the installation of a 45,000 grain water softener system on a 3-bedroom house, with some additional piping needed to help position the system inside of a garage, on their (correct) recommendation.
