We all hope our realtor does their job well, but Sam took it to another level—anticipating needs, getting into the detail, taking time to explain and understand. I had a very difficult eviction and they handled it successfully with the utmost professionalism and speed. They are now overseeing the extensive repairs and the contractor they recommended is doing a great job. I wish they could handle the rest of my rentals but they are out of their area.

I am a Disabled Widower. My situation is different than most people. This company was very difficult to get any help from! During the process, I received nothing in writing from them except for an email from a company secretary titled "Adverse Action Email". I attempted to call two people that I had spoken to previously and never received a response from either one. When I applied, I had a lock on my credit report. Since they had the credit report run almost immediately, they sent me a cryptic message stating only that no credit was available. I called them and they said that they could only run the credit again if I paid the fees again! What a scam!! I trusted that they would do the right thing, only to have them take my money and provide no service! I wish that i could rate them with zero stars! I cannot emphasize to you more! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Our experience with Mesa Properties has been such a positive one. I’ve managed my own rental for a number of years now, and very poorly – I just don’t have what it takes to be a great landlord and to demand timely rent, etc., so I have suffered from being taken advantage of by renters. We put out “feelers” to a few rental management companies, but Sherree was the first and most responsive, and throughout the process she has never taken more than an hour to respond to my dozens and dozens of logistics and other emails. She’s seamlessly interfaced with my renters in a professional and helpful manner. She has answered every question I have with amazing detail, friendliness, and personable service. She’s just the cheerleader I needed….and she made a great arrangement with my tenants that is satisfactory to us all. Very happy with the service—and all I can say is that I wish I had found Sherree YEARS ago!

As an out of state property owner of a leased property I have no worries or concerns as Mesa Property Management-Ontario CA and Joshua Long will handle the property in a professional manner.

I have been a tenant under mesa property management going on 2 years now. The first time I started working with them was amazing, not only did they help me get into my house quickly they were more than helpful in finding the right fit for me and my roommates. When my lease was up, I started looking into other options for myself (Ex: apartments, other management agencies, private rentals.) In the end, I decided to stay with Mesa. I am so happy that I did. Again, they were able to find me just the right house for me. Their team is great! I've worked with Sherrie on both houses and she's is truly the sweetest. I'm the type that has a lot of questions and calls a lot, but I was never made to feel that I was bugging or bothering anyone. Beau was an amazing manager when I was at my first house. I have come to the conclusion that it's just how they work. Anytime I have an issue I bring it to them and they find a solution. The repairs are made in a timely manner and always send someone I can trust. The repair companies even work with my schedule! I just moved into my new house in September and have noticed in the past month that I have a slight spider issue (totally understandable as the house was vacant before I moved in) I email Mesa this morning (Sherrie and Steven) and got a reply immediately! Their communication, Customer service, tenant awareness, and willingness to make things happen, is why I rated this 5 stars. I highly recommend renting from Mesa Property Management. They have always taken care of me and made the home finding stress so much less. I've already recommended Mesa to friends and family that are looking to rent. 
*** once you're approved thru Mesa, they can present your application to any available property*** (I thought that was really cool, and if one property decides not to accept you, you may have the option to try with another owner on a different location)

I will be renting with Mesa until I eventually buy a home,

I had previously used an unethical, unprofessional, and very dishonest property management company. When I had to hire a new one on a pretty emergency basis, I did my homework, and chose Mesa Property Management. Best decision I ever made. Steve relieved me of my worry and doubts, had all paperwork completed in one day, and the transition was smoothless and flawless. He kept me informed of all the dealings with the tenants. When it was time to put it on the market, that process was amazingly swift, and Steve made it very uncomplicated. Seriously, I recommend Mesa Property Management without reservation!

We called Mesa Property Management when we received notice that our tenants were moving out.  They were extremely professional and did everything above and beyond what I expected.  They had new tenants approved and ready before the old ones moved out.  We highly recommend Steve and his crew for everything including finding you an investment property to buy, filling an empty rental, and managing your property on a monthly basis.  You wont be disappointed!

Steve gave me all the information I needed upfront and got me set up with Darrell in the Victorville office.  Darrell quickly put together an advertisement which included photos and a video walk-through, and within a week we had quality new tenants signed up - right before Christmas.  Obviously there's no guarantee that every placement would be so quick and efficient, but throughout the process Darrell and Steve were incredibly proactive and responsive.  It is clear that they approach their work from the perspective of a landlord and owner, as opposed to simply a manager of someone else's property.  They consistently asked the applicants the types of questions?and gave them the sorts of options?that we would have done had we been talking to them directly.
Throughout the process, each phone call with Darrell and Steve left us saying "Wow! They're good!"  We truly couldn't have been happier with the service received, and wholeheartedly recommend Mesa's service.

They provide turn key service and their service is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Steve is very hard working and responsive with professionalism. We signed a property management agreement with his on Aug 14, 2013. On Ag 28, 2013, only 2 weeks since we signed management agreement with him, our rental property is occupied with new tenants. Based on my observtion, he went through all steps of the process very caefully to make sure no mistakes are made. Therefere, I want to share my expience with fellow investors. In fact, we interviewed 3 different property management companies before we selected Mesa Property. And we are so happy that we picked a good company to manage our property.
