 + -1 moreHe arrived within the time window. Was dressed rather sloppy and unkempt. Gruff and terse manner. Immediately criticized me for spending money on Liquid Plumber. Then he gave me a lecture on what is a foreign object. He specifically pointed to Costco personal wipes and said that they were foreign objects. Stated that plumbers do not clear blockages of foreign objects. Offered to make one attempt to clear the blockage. I said, "Enough lectures, do what you came to do." He countered, "How about I call your home warranty company to see how to proceed?" He left my house and never returned. According to my warranty and the customer service rep I spoke to after the incident, the plumber was obligated to attempt to clear using sewer cable and hydrojetting.
Description of Work: Ron the plumber was sent by a home warranty company to clear a blockage in a toliet . He did not do the work, rather stated that plumbers do not clear blockages and that foreign objects do not belong in toliets .

 + 1 moreThe receptionist, Julie is always nice and helpful. The service technicians that come to the house are always nice, too. I have used them for a couple of years and they have done many different services. (I have not got the bill for this service specifically, that is why it was left as $0.00)
