We contacted her based on a friend's recommendation. She added us to her automated listing service based on the size and location of a home we were looking for. She was available via email for questions. When we were ready to look at homes, she readily made an appointment with us and showed us those, even if she did not agree that they were our ideal choice. She was knowledgeable and professional, offering to look up anything she wasn't sure about. After several such trips she understood better than we did what we were looking for, and found us the perfect place the moment in came on the market. She helped us through the purchase process from beginning to end, also available to answer questions and concerns.
Description of Work: Cindy helped us find a new home. She listened to our needs, spoken and unspoken, patiently showed us homes we were interested in and found us others, she made herself available as much as she could and pointed out features (good and bad) we might have missed, until the perfect combination of size, price, location and features was found. She helped us with all details of the purchase procedure. Cindy's the best!
