Description of Work: I contacted AAA about a problem with the water dispenser on my refrigerator door. Michael informed me that he could resolve the problem over the phone. He told me what to do, I followed his directions, and the problem was fixed. He was so nice to take the time to walk me through the process instead of sending a technician to my home incurring a service fee. Thank you, Michael!

Description of Work: Replaced the door seal on my washing machine. It was a difficult job for one person working alone, in part because the machine is located in a fairly tight space. But he was a very experienced professional who knew what he was doing. I thought the price was high, but given the difficulty, it was probably fair.

Description of Work: I CALLED BECAUSE MY REFRIGERATOR WAS FREEZING ITEMS. HE CAME OUT AND SAID IT'S WORKING FINE. YOU NEED TO CLEAN THE DIRT UNDER THE FRIDGE.... AND LEFT. Description of Work: Our oven door would not close. We were advised by the service provider that it is an out-of-date model and cannot be replaced. The service provider placed new screws and washers so the door would close, and it now closes. However, the charge was $330, with the $80 refund making it $250.00, plus the $25 for the deal, totaling $275.00. We thought this was high even for a house call, since only screws and washers were placed (in easy-to-reach places.

Description of Work: Joseph correctly diagnosed the problem I was having with my Maytag top loading washer. He replaced a water sensing switch and the washer worked perfectly after that. He also replaced my old rubber hot and cold water hoses with steel flex hoses. He was courteous, professional and competent.
