Description of Work: This guy was terrific. He had to fix the main cord to keep my refrigerator cold and it had to be replaced. He knew what he was doing, he knew the appliance, he knew where the product was made. Very knowledgeable very tidy. Excellent

Description of Work: They tiled a shower stall that had been prepped already. But, the floor was not done correctly prior to their arrival, so they fixed that first. The work was detailed and precise. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They explained everything to me as they went along, so that I would understand the options and choices being made. I am extremely happy with the work.

Description of Work: Technician did not do proper initial diagnosis to identify problem with appliance, might have fixed something which might not have been the issue. When I contacted the company, manager said I didn't tell them what the problem was. (Well, if I knew, why would I call them, you figure that one out) Waited for another week, then another technician was sent and gave a different diagnosis. By then, the cost almost tripled. Finally had to 'junk' the appliance.

Description of Work: I had them out to work on my dryer and Boris was great. I then had them out again to work on my dishwasher and David was NOT great. I couldn't get him out of my house fast enough. He was so rude. I don't think he understands the concept of a customer. His service wasn't good either. He told me he never found anything wrong with the dishwasher, it just started working. That was fine with me - paid him his 65 dollars and he was gone. So, an A scoring and F scoring averaged to a C.

Description of Work: My GE Profile Refrigerator's motor froze up and the repairman who was quite knowledgeable explained the design flaw in the model i had but he knew the best was to approach the problem. He was very ingenuitive and also quite friendly ... he completed the repair and hopefully I'll have many more years out of my current refrigerator!

Description of Work: Hired on Angie's List deal for discount on appliance repair, came and fixed my refrigerator. They had to send an electrician to trace the circuits and find the bad component. It took a while to get the visit scheduled, then to get the part, but then everything went great. Very nice professional repairman, really knew his stuff, found the bad part the first time and then installed it the day they got it. Not cheap, but worth it to me to fix built-in. I will use them again if/when I have another appliance breakdown.

Description of Work: It was only after the entire refrigerator was taken apart, food, shelves, drawers out, inside and outside panels removed, that he found the problem and quoted me. He discovered that the water filter casing was also broken but he couldn't fix it. Turns out I could get the same refrigerator brand new for $300 more which I'll probably have to buy anyway.

Description of Work: The office manager who I made the appointment with harassed me via her personal cell phone. She also hung up on me when I called her. There was a snafu on my end, but her lack of empathy and professionalism was dispicable.

Description of Work: They figured out that the vent for my dryer wasn't properly opened. Very quick and easy process

Description of Work: Professional. Removed ice from freezer. Replaced sensor. Tested. Paid $45 for $100 credit, still trying to figure out if I actually got the $100 credit. (Don't think I did.) |

Description of Work: They were wonderful! Fit us in at the last minute, showed up on time, called before they came and were very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend them!
