They are reliable and do the job right the first time. They don t try to hustle you and I really feel that I can trust them with anything. They have very good pricing and if they can t do something they ll be honest and just tell you.

Worst service I have ever had from a company. They did not show up for my first appointment. They were several hours late. They never called when part came in. I had to call, and they said they had part and would be out in 40 min. They never showed up. I called again and they said they would find out what happened and get back to me in 5 minutes. They never called back. I called the next day. They said they would call me back shortly and schedule a new appointment. They never called back. I left three messages on three different numbers, and never received a call back. I waited a few days and called again, and was told the service person for my area did not show up for work. They had no one to service my area. They said they would send a refund for service call and hung up on me. I called back to find out when I would receive refund, and he hung up on me again. I believe the service person was Herb. I felt I was very patient with the situation, and was treated terrible.

THEY CAME OUT THE AFTERNOON OF OUR CALL. HE INSPECTED THE WASHER AND KNEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE HAD TO GET THE PART, AND CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO INSTALL IT.

RESPONDED THE SAME DAY, WE USUALLY USE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR OUR APPLIANCE REPAIRS, BUT THEY COULDN'T GET TO ME THAT DAY, SO I WAS TOLD BY A NEIGHBOR OF THIS MAN. HE WAS ABLE TO COME OUT THAT DAY, HAD THE PART NEEDED AND FINISHED THE REPAIR THE SAME DAY.
