Very friendly, prompt service (later the same day). The guys got right to work turbo-jetting my drain and had a very cost effective solution to a broken clean out pipe. They were thorough and solved my problem. Price was the same as others for the same work - I would say reasonable.

I had a tiny leak of my upstairs bathtub drain into the ceiling of my downstairs bathroom/fan. I called out Matthew Highsmith & he had it solved & fixed in no time for a fair rate. Some plumbers weren't sure what it was and the work and fees were much more extensive. Then- "Lucky Me" a week later I got a main line leak in my back yard underneath a large tree and root system that needed patching. I called out Matthew Highsmith of Highsmith & Daughters Plumbing again to fix my plumbing needs. He helped me on the phone with what to do immediately and he came the next day to repair the problem. He is thorough, efficient, and I would certainly hire again without hesitation.

I called Highsmith & Daughters to replace an existing tankless water heater. Matt showed up on time and prepared to deal with the task at hand. His work was very professional and the installation flawless. He took the time to explain how the new water heater functioned and even offered to fixed a slight issue with my kitchen faucet without an additional charge. I will definitely be calling Matt for future work.

They bid was though and the work was done on schedule. They went out of their way to explain different options and recommendations without pushing for unnecessary work.

We decided to go with Highsmith and Daughters based on the quote to not only repair our sewer main line but also replace our water supply line to the house. We were impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the representative (Jay). Highsmith and Daughters were very accommodating in meeting our availability to have the work done. Jay and his assistant Jorge arrived on time each day and finished the work as scheduled. We will be calling them in the future when other plumbing issues arise that cannot be done ourselves.

I have had Highsmith and Daughters out to my grandmas house multiple times. They replaced a mainline sewer pipe, replaced our two toilets and this time fixed our leaking bathtub spout. Matthew is always clear on what he plans to do, making it easy for us to understand what will be done each time. This is a family business, as we have met his brother and brother-in-law, which is looking to keep a customer for the long run instead of hurting your pockets and then never seeing you again.
