WOW!!!!! Not only were they punctual, customer service went the extra mile with notification. I received a call an hour before our scheduled appointment to ask if it was OK for the tech to come early, then they sent a message letting me know the technician was enroute with a photo of the tech. Timothy Revilla was very thorough and HONEST! It turned out that the position of the drain due to the house shifting is the cause of my slow draining shower. He found no obstruction in the drain/pipe, so there was nothing He needed to do. His honesty is highly commended and appreciated. He could’ve ran a snake, did other unneeded service and charged me. Definitely call Will’s All Pro because they’re responsive, honest and dependable. Tim said to call again if I needed anything else - guaranteed I will.

They were able to come out the same day! I appreciated the fact that their aim was to take care of my problem and not try to sell me things I didn’t need. This business is honest and charges are very reasonable! Since my previous sprinkler company wouldn’t even return any of my three calls, I’ll be giving my business to Will’s All Pro in the future!

They charged $193 for replacement of out door faucet and less than an hour of actual labor. I feel it was a rip-off.

I attempted to contact my usual sprinkler serviceman but after 3 attempts and no call/reply, I decided to go with some else. What a good break for me! will’s All Pro was able to put me on their schedule the same day and let me know who was coming. Phillip was so courteous and professional! The service personnel they sent, Preston White, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Worked continuously and even cleaned up upon completion of job. He took the time to explain how items worked. I would recommend this company to anyone especially if all their work personnel are like Preston.

Preston was honest and advised I did not need the new garbage disposal I had purchased. It was simply stuck and he got it working quickly.

They don't do what they say they will. One of the workers stepped thru my attic ceiling and left a big hole and did not even offer to fix it. I had to hire someone else to clean up their mess. I will never use this company again.

Main waterline broke, they quoted a price a little less than some others. They said they would run a single line to my copper line by the house, that didn't happen, they didn't dug deep enough by the house and i ended up with a bunch of connections instead of the single line as stated. not happy with that as more chance for leaks developing in the future. Instead of using a treching tool to dig the line they used a mini backhoe that was about 2 feet wide. So instead of a small line dug in my yard, i had a 2 foot wide trench dug out about 50 feet long, i guess that would have been okay, but they did horrible job of putting the dirt back in. My front yard was a literal lumpy mess. i ended up purchasing a small electric tiller, I had to till the dirt down and move it all around to get it flat again, then i had to purchase half a pallet of grass to fill in the 2 for wide/50 feet patch of dirt. i just assumed they would be using a trencher, and when that didn't happen that they would at least put the dirt back like it was. I also let them borrow two cheap shovels i had- never got them back. The people were nice and friendly, just wish they would have done a better job, and ran a single line as stated.
