The customer service department is very good.

Showed up as soon as we called detected the water leak and fixed it within 3 to 4 hours .Very knowledgeable price was little higher for the job completed but worth it.

Showed up on time, accurately diagnosed the problem, explained the solution and risks, did a thorough job completing the repair.

It appears that we will pay over $5,000 for about 20 man hours. Both men did not work all the time The worse case scenario estimate was used. As the invoice although it turned out to be a simple fix. We probably will not use Home Advisor again either

I think they overcharged me badly on the price, as I was not home. They had to return to fix errors. They failed to return my phone calls.

Working with Dutton was very easy. I called their 800 number and scheduled a time for them to come out and clean out my area drains. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment to let me know the tech was en route to my place. Erik was the Dutton tech that came to my house to work on my area drains. Erik was a very knowledgeable tech and walked me through everything he did and made sure I was aware of any cost and impact of moving forward with the options he presented me. I would gladly recommend Dutton to any of my friends and plan to call them when I need a plumber again.

I had a couple of small issues to take care of. Billy was professional, efficient, and communicated to me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Dutton Plumbing.

As good as I wanted

The technician was very professional, explained my plumbing problem was very minor and fixed it as well as taking care of other minor plumbing issues at no charge. I will recommend Dutton Plumbing to everyone with plumbing trouble.

Dutton Plumbing is the best Value and Highest service level I have experienced. They are not always the lowest cost, however, the quality of the work is unquestionably superior and they stand by their work!

The representatives I worked with were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to communicate with. They explained everything well and were just pleasant to interface with. I was impressed with all those elements. I am also confident about the quality of the work performed. My concern was with the cost. The job I had was minor and I feel the field supervisor, who was present at the start, way overpriced it. I was not planning on obtaining multiple offers as the job was so small. I wanted to get the work done at that time and accepted their terms, but am not happy at the cost. I would recommend hiring this company only after receiving multiple quotes in the future.

I have always used Dutton for all my plumbing projects, because they do great work and they stand behind it. Several years ago, I had Dutton install a tankless water heater in my Aunt's house, and she loved it. Ryan did a great job. She passed recently, and the house is for sale-- enter a home inspector who supposedly found some problems with the heater. Ryan came out, remembered the install 4 years later, and documented exactly how the install was per code and the mistakes the inspector made. Can't say enough good things about Ryan and Dutton-- professional all the way!
