Randy provided professional installation of a new water heater. The workmanship was excellent and the job site was cleaned perfectly at the conclusion of the work. He then spent the time to thoroughly review the new water heater with me. A+ work.

The project was a re pipe of the house which took 2 weeks. All aspects of the job earned a 5 star rating.

The technician provided me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision and recommended the option that actually was the most economical. Also, I had to reschedule at the last minute and they were able to see me the very next day instead of bumping me to the back of a long queue.

Prompt, FRIENDLY, professional, big group of great guys and gals. I had not needed work done before so I thought the prices were high, but I did some research and found they were LOWER than mid market value. Quick response. Very happy with their service, work, company, AND prices.

Adam and Joaquin are INCREDIBLE. I had been having major laundry backing up issues for a while, but they came out and took care of everything for me! These guys take a lot of pride in their work. They explained what was happening every step of the way and stayed until they knew for sure the problem was solved. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Adam and Joaquin! Great service and super speedy! We've had a broken sprinkler head in our front lawn for a couple weeks and have been way too busy to fix it ourselves. We wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Found them on Home Adviser one weekend and they called immediately, sent someone out, and he was able to fix it. More expensive than fixing ourselves, but the convenience and speed factor was worth it.

Dan and Leo were above my expectations, went beyond call of duty and did great job!

First of all kept cancelling my appointment. When they finally came the next day, an hour job of installing a faucet (easy installation) cost $415.00. I could have paid a plumber by the hour and had a better deal.

Very professional and super quick. However also very expensive! I think $3,815 is too much to pay for a 59 gallon water heater.

Company was very good in regards to contact, scheduling and follow up. Dan, the primary technician, was thoroughly professional and explained all processes thorougly. I thought the cost was a bit high, and the invoice didn't really match the work that was done, and one of the excavated areas wasn't completely filled in, but overall I'm happy (so far) with the work that was done. Problems were identified and resolved in a timely manner. I still want to check the sprinklers during a regular watering cycle to ensure that water isn't going into the street, but overall I'm quite satisfied with the result.

They had no interest in fixing the problem. They quoted me $39 for a service call them came out and said it was $189 to diagnose the problem; took 2 minutes to say it was a bad thermocouple and that nobody carried replacements because you had to get them from Whirlpool and it would take 3-5 days to get it. They then spent 15 minutes trying to sell me a new water heater for $5200. I paid them their $189 and they left. I went to home depot and got a replacement thermocouple for $16 and put it in myself. One of the guys spent the time going around the house trying to find some other plumbing issues to fix while the first guy tried to sell me the new overpriced water heater. They never had any intention to fix the problem.

We had Jake here doing most of the difficult job. Kevin helped with the camera and explaining what we were seeing. We were impressed with both men but especially Jake. He showed up exactly on time, was professional and did a good job. I was especially impressed with how neat he was and cleaned up. Very Important to me.

Was impressed with the companys professionalism and their tech was supurb.
