Marc was professional, friendly, and efficient. He repaired my water main, did a quick fix on my gas line. He and Thomas were both a pleasure to have in my home.

Thomas was polite, professional, and friendly. He did his job well and left the site clean. He also spotted a problem I didn't realize I had.

The cost was $7500 to find the leak and repair it. This was ridiculous and 2 to 3 times as much as it should have been for the time they spent. The only good thing was they got the gas turned back on during the first day. I only allowed them to do the work because they told me that they could get the gas turned on in one day.

They made situation worse. They unplugged the drain and few days later clogged again. Took them 5 days to come and fix!!

An enthusiastic crew arrived on time and cleared the sewer with a great attitude. Jay and Carlos also informed me of possible other issues as the 'cause'.

Was able to schedule the repair within 24 hours.

After I sent the plumber away, refusing to pay the additional $500 to get my water running again, my husband called Dutton. His account is that the customer service representative was very understanding and respectful and immediately agreed that they should fix what was broken at no cost to us. The plumber came back out and replaced the broken valve. Our water is running, the shower is fixed. I still feel like it should not have been such an ordeal and that their pricing is completely unreasonable. And the $79 that I thought was going toward the cost of the repair did not—it was additional to enroll in “bronze family service plan”. I would not have signed up for that if it had been explained to me properly.

I have used Dutton in the past and have always been satisfied. This latest service call exceeded my expectations. James C. was not only friendly and professional but solved our problem quickly. We had 3 sprinkler valves that were stuck and would not shut off. James C. diagnosed the problem, fixed it and advised us on how to avoid this issue in the future. Dutton Plumbing is an outstanding company because of employees like James C who is an asset to the organization.

Jaylyn did an outstanding job at assessing and communicating the problem to me. He gave me multiple options for me to consider. Completed the job in a timely manner. Already scheduled additional work to be done by him (wanted him back).

They replaced my water pressure regulator for $600. The part failed after a month. They said the problem was not the water pressure regulator. I asked them to come back and check it. They failed to show up twice. I called another plumber. He came during the time he said he would be there. He replaced the faulty water pressure regulator for half the price Dutton charged me ($300). Dutton refused to give me my money back.

Greg arrived a few minutes early, examined the issues I was having and did a great job making the repairs. He was professional and kept me updated on his progress. I was very comfortable having him in my home. The prices Dutton charge are high but they are inclusive, so when my stuck faucet broke one of Greg's tools, I wasn't charged while he went to buy another one.

This is the second time that Luis Z. has worked on plumbing at my home. He was efficient and professional and didn't leave a mess. I was very happy to be able to have Luis Z. do this work for me.

Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He addressed my plumbing issues with clear explanations and completed the work in a timely fashion. I would hire him again.

Satisfied with the price and quality of service

Ditton called promptly. I asked for either a morning or afternoon time window the following day but they could not give me a commitment. They did call early the following morning and I was told n ETA before noon they eventually couldn't keep, followed by two more ETAs they couldn't keep. Eventually a tech called me and was on his way at the end of the day. The technician was Dave , he was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and clean. I will use him again as I'm refurbishing 2 homes for sale. They are indeed the 'plumbers you would recommend to your mom', and I did.

The Technician showed up on time and ready to work. He confirmed my project needs and offered some choices for repairs. Completed repairs and explained the operations to me. Very well done. will definitely refer to others who may need plumbing services!
