After being told by many companies I would have to wait until after the first of the year to have my Microwave installed I stumbled upon Appliance Installers, Inc.   I was pleasantly surprised when she stated that they could come out December 29th before any other company.  They came out installed it, the microwave works great ,no problems.  Rick was fast and helpful even taking the time to explain a few things to us.  I would recommend appliance installers to anyone.

As stated overall, it went well. I was pleased with the service.

Installer arrived on time and went right to work. He checked the wall cavity, unpacked the gas oven, and lifted it into the cavity with no assistance. He has obviously done hundreds if not thousands of this kind of installation. He connected the oven to the gas outlet and turned on the oven to make sure it was working properly. He was very efficient and professional. The entire job took less than an hour.

Reasonable rates and very quick and efficient service. Given the particular arrangement of our cooktop cabinet and the location of the existing gas line, the placement of the cooktop and downdraft was difficult -- but the the installer devised solutions to accommodate them, given their experience working with similar models.

Technician installed dishwasher and replaced air gap, cord, and waterline.

The overall experience with Appliance Installers is fantastic! I gladly refer others to their business so that as new clients they can experience wonderful customer service and a project well done. The customer/client looks for a positive experience and hopefully they find it with positive results with great companies. Keep the great customer service and professionalism coming!

Overall I was satisfied. The installer was very competent, and had all the materials he needed with him. He had to do some problem solving to fix problems left behind by a previous contractor who were supposed to install the oven and couldn't do it. One thing I did not like was that I also had called them about installing my gas cook top. I told the person on the phone exactly what I needed; i.e. that it was new construction (not a replacement) and that the installer would need to cut holes in the floor and exterior of the house to vent the cook top. She agreed to send someone out for an estimate. The installer took one look and said they don't do that kind of work because it involves construction. I was frustrated because the person setting the appointments didn't know this. The visit turned out okay because he was able to install my oven, but this did hold me up in getting my cook top installed. I gave the company a B in professionalism, but the installer himself gets an A.

THE PRICE WAS GOOD, I DID HAVE A FEW PROBLEMS, WHICH WERE DUE TO A MISCOMMUNICATION. I COULD HAVE BEEN AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER BUT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
