Very well; they do a great job. Harlor Managment is a company that manages a number of apartment buildings - the one I chose is in Studio City. My comments are as a new tenant - who has moved into this building after being a homeowner for the past 40 years (so this was a major change for me). As a relatively new Harlor tenant in Studio City, I could not be more impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness, and service I have received. The building was built originally to be high-end condos but then became a rental. Everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure the process of moving and settling in was as painless as possible. When I had a few minor glitches and problems to solve, they got taken care of quickly. The building is well maintained - and proactively (e.g., a/c filters changed on a regular schedule - without asking - to prevent problems). General manager Harlan (despite other reviews on other sites) has been extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly to me - and knows his business; office staff Claudia and Janet always get the job done with care, friendliness, and attention to detail; and the maintenance staff are terrific.
