ECO Star has specialized crews for different tasks, and they worked in well-orchestrated stages. There were crews for the flat roof, shingles, sheet metal, and gutters. The site foreman, Ramon, expertly managed each stage, ensuring harmony among the teams. Every day, we received pictures of the work performed, explanations of the next steps, and prompt answers to all our questions. When unforeseen dry rot was discovered, the team quickly called in carpenters who replaced the damaged wood in half a day, with no delay to the roofing work and at a reasonable cost. The sheet metal crew fabricated custom dormers over our windows and a large metal flashing between our chimney and shingles. They also installed metal caps over the entire perimeter of our roof for better waterproofing and added metal mesh to all chimney and roof caps to keep out pests. Now that the job is done, it’s clear that ECO Star Remodeling takes pride in its work and reputation. We are confident that if any problems arise in the future (knock on wood that they won’t), ECO Star Remodeling will stand behind their work 100%.
