Otto with PLUMBING SOLUTIONS installed new faucets, hot water heater, water filter, and garbage disposal in my kitchen and his work was perfect! Otto is a gentleman and his prices reasonable. I have had him do additional work for me and once again it was excellent. If you have a plumbing issue I highly recommend Otto. You will not be disappointed!

Otto & Adam of Plumbing Solutions were a good team. Gratefully they were available & quick to respond. They were knowledgeable, kind, respectful, & easy to talk to. They took time to assess the situation, to explain things & come up with a plan to fix the leaking gas pipes in the easiest way possible. At the end, Otto took time to check in with me via phone & texts when PGE returned to turn the gas back on. He also troubleshooted with me over the phone when PGE forgot to turn on the gas valve to the water heater. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.. they replaced the main gas line under the house to all the appliances.. a very involved job..

Wonderful experience. Very professional. Really good crew that worked very hard trenching 60 ft for a new hose bib. Otto, the owner, worked very hard, communicated very well, explained (very patiently) everything I asked him about, made suggestions for future irrigation needs and helped me plan location. I couldn't have asked for more. And his pricing was very reasonable.

Got the job done in a timely manner at an affordable price

Otto was responsive and flexible. I described what I was looking for in replacement toilets & a kitchen faucet and he made a great suggestion and even picked the items up for me. He was on time and cleaned up after. Most importantly he explained what he was doing and how older plumbing and new fixtures sometimes require a few extra steps. I found my new plumber!

Otto responded quickly and professionally to my dead water heater crisis even though it occurred over the Mother's Day weekend. He discussed options over the phone and offered to pick up and install whatever tank I ordered from Home Depot. On Monday he stayed in touch via text to coordinate timing, so he was able to get the work done by end of day on Monday. Both he and Adam were friendly and respectful with me and with each other during the installation. They communicated clearly about their installation process and showed me how to light and regulate the new water heater. In addition, they maintained a clean work area throughout their time here. The install price was a little higher than some (not all) others had quoted; however, Otto made himself available to do the job ASAP. Since I had not had hot water for a few days, I was VERY grateful and was able to shower within an hour of setup. I recommend Plumbing Solutions, Otto, and Adam for their expertise, efficiency, and strong customer service skills.

I recently removed our kitchen faucet and disposal in preparation for a granite countertop repair job. After the granite repair was completed, the plumbing wouldn't reassemble properly, so I called a plumber. The first plumber I contacted was willing to come out at no charge and gave us an an estimate of $900. The second plumber I contacted was Otto of Plumbing Solutions. He waited patiently through my rant about the first plumber and the sorry state of the world and provided an estimate of $225 + materials over the phone. That was the figure I had in mind when embarking on the project, so I was happy to agree. He happened to be finishing a job nearby and showed up within minutes. He was very pleasant, courteous and professional. The plumbing had originally been installed some years ago by a non-plumber general contractor and some trap parts had been installed backwards. Otto replaced the under sink plumbing in its entirety and when he was finished, it looked much cleaner and more professional than the original. Drains better, too. Although the job was more extensive than I had pitched, Otto presented me with an invoice for $225 + parts. Otto is now my go-to guy for plumbing.
