I decided to add Air Conditioning to the job. So price paid was for both the high efficiency furnace and A/C. Excellent crew.

We had 5 estimates and Charlie was the only one who we felt gave us straight answers. He is knowledgeable a true professional. He and is assistant Chad showed up on time, and never left our place with debris. It was hot in the attic and they still spent an entire day installing new duct work. Chad even went back in to take some pictures because he said there were signs our roof was leaking from underneath. I would recommend Next Level to anyone needing any type of HVAC work or a replacement unit.

The owner, Charlie, of Next Level Heating & Air Conditioning is a gem. He was extremely affable, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem immediately and made the repair. He was in and out in 30 minutes. What a great find!

I WAS AFRAID OF BEING RIPPED OFF OR OVER CHARGED AS I HAVE BEEN BEFORE , BUT CHARLIE WAS GREAT! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. IN FACT I'M CALLING HIM AGAIN TO FIX SOME STUFF I HAD DONE BEFORE THAT WAS DONE WRONG.

Charlie gave me two options of how to resolve the issue. Of course I went with the less costly of a way to resolve the issue. Everything started working great. I would definitely recommend Charlie.

Charlie came out to our home and gave us an estimate. His prices were fair and he was very friendly yet completely professional. We had a small leak shortly after installation and he came out to see what the issue was and correct it the same day that we called. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

He responded to my request on the website immediately, was willing to work with my difficult schedule, came out a few days later, had to order a part for our furnace and got it in and installed in two days. My fianc? and I bought a fixer upper home so we've dealt with A LOT of home improvement contractors and this was probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. Without a doubt I am keeping his contact info and he has our business ongoing.

Charlie was awesome!

Charley promptly called me, was on time for the appt, diagnosed the problem in about 10 min, fixed it in 20, installed new air filters for me and waited around long enough to ensure that the furnace was working properly. I had called him after having suffered for 3 weeks without heat while another company tried one thing after another to fix the problem unsuccessfully. Not only would I call charley again, I will call him first next time! This guy takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. That's rare these days.

He was such a nice guy and very conscience. He did everything he said he was going to do. I couldn't ask for a better company. Excellent service.

Charles is on time, does great work at a reasonable price. Stayed long hours if they needed to. They do such a great job, I would only call them now. They are trustworthy and I would definitely recommend this company to others.
