Dave Humphries has been great and working on fogging the interior to rid of the mold issue. He also recommended prevention methods, ideas.

The results were significant, so instead of just emailing me the report I got a phone all from Dave to talk me through the results, followed by the actual report. He cares about his customers. Also, provided a very fast turnaround scheduling the service call, and provided a Next Day report (which I was glad to pay extra for!)

Dave was amazing he really took time to explain process and I could tell he really cared about a persons well being . I would hire them again and again and would definitely recommend!

I needed only a foundation inspection and they prorated the charges accordingly. They sent photos of the foundation and explained what they saw. They were prompt and courteous. They billed me only after the work was completed and the photos sent. My questions were all answered.

I recommend this company to my apartment manager. Mr. Humphries was on time, knowledgeable, and talked me through the process. Not only that, but he was so kind. He cleaned a vent that was messy in my bathroom which is not in his job description. He said it would help the mold issue. If you hire him, you won't regret it!

Contractor arrived promptly. Collected air samples for mold. A thorough report and analysis was provided within 7 days. The test only vendor's price was very reasonable.
