Description of Work: they hooked up two new remodeled baths, they used the cheapest materials. |It took the plumber 6 trips to stop the sink from leaking. Finally got it to stop because the leak was coming from the sink drain not being properly sealed, had nothing to do with what was under the sink.

 + -1 moreIvan is great! I had two other bids for the same job, both of which were $1,500 - $2,000. One of the other plumbers made the job sound very big and messy, including tearing out portions of wall behind kitchen cabinets which back up to the bathroom. Ivan looked at the job and said he could do it all by cutting out a portion of wall under the sink. He worked quickly and efficiently and left everything neat and tidy. Since I live out of the area and don't know local tradespeople, Angie's List was SO helpful. Everyone I got off Angie's List was excellent from plumbers, heating and air company, rental truck company, etc. Subscribing to Angie's List is the best investment I've made in a long time, and, no, I don't work for Angie's List.
Description of Work: Ivan had to replace sections of old, cracked cast iron pipe in our 67-year old La Mesa rental house. In the process he found a pipe in the wall that was badly damaged and a potential problem which he also replaced. He spent quite a bit of time under the house and checked out the cast iron main line as well.
