When I saw that my oak floor was buckled up and water damaged I knew immediately who to call-Miguel! Because I had a similar problem previously and back then he did an outstanding job of matching the 65 year old wood and repairing the floor. You canâ t even tell the floor was repaired. And both times I had him â do his magicâ afterwards to the entire floor. It now has an unbelievable shine! And I know from experience- it is durable and will keep its shine if taken care of properly. Miguel is. In a class of his own! No one could do a more professional job than him.

I needed to fix a botched up sanding job for a brand new hardwood floor (NEVER hire a generalist for a wood floor, I now know!). It was a mess. I almost cried! At first I was skeptical of all these rave reviews because they seemed to be too good to be true. But turns out Miguel knows his business and is good at what he does. He came over the same day I called him, gave a fair price, sealed the deal and asked for a deposit. As soon as he left I commenced worrying that he was just too smooth and how did I agree to such a big job so fast! But the next day he came with his team and they completed everything in ONE day! They worked every minute. One thing that I noticed is he doesn't mess around with equipment--he has obviously invested in top of the line everything, which allows him to do stuff well and fast. We were very pleased with the work done by Miguel. He did a great job on our partial refinish of our hardwood floors. We had some pretty bad scratches, a gouge under a table and a well worn kitchen floors. He included the hallways with no extra cost. A perfect job! We recommend him highly. Very prompt response, able to do the job with a week, and came when promised.

We had some alarming-looking dents and grooves in our wood floors from the previous tenants and Wood Flooring Experts did a great job of sanding and re-coating the floor so it is as good as new. They were polite, professional and hassle-free at a reasonable price, especially for a relatively small job that many companies will not even look at.

High quality work. Miguel was very efficient and knew exactly what was needed and the best way to repair the water damage. Because of his expertise he was able to finish (including cleanup) very quickly and we were able to to other activities that afternoon.

His work is of high quality. He vacuumed and cleaned up all the dust after the job. He also finished the job quickly and professionally. He has provided great customer service. He responded my text relatively quickly, and he could provide adequate recommendations. The only downside is that the work is a bit pricier than I think, though it is still within an acceptable range.
