Wilmar was excellent, a true professional and knowledgeable plumber. He was prompt, clearly explained what needed to be done to repair the broken pipes, completed the job on the same day, and left the area spotless. His cost for repair was more than fair. Wilmar is very polite and personable. I feel relieved to now have an excellent plumber to call when needed.

He was fast, professional, and knew his stuff. He initially contacted me via both a phone call and the messenger tool within HomeAdvisor. I exchanged texts with him and got a quote. After a 2nd quote, Wilmar was the lower price. Wilmar showed up slightly early, just the right amount to be early but not annoying. After I explained the problem and showed him where, he quickly determined that coming through the vent in the roof to snake the pipe was best. Within five minutes of starting, my clogged sink was once again draining. He spent some extra time to make sure everything worked and it wasn't just a quick fluke. He was super friendly the whole time and explained when I asked him for the details.

Wilmar and Frankie did an excellent job in replacing the flange of my toilet and the pipe underneath. I could not find a match of the linoleum around the toilet. I don't even know how Fankie managed to cut the old squares so well that they could be reinstalled. He jack hammered the concrete slab underneath in a way to minimize the dust. Wilmar and Frankie covered the floor, they wore their masks, they were very pleasant to deal with, friendly, patiently explained procedures and cleaned up afterwards. I already gave my work colleagues Wilmar's number. I recommend Wilmar's service.

Wilmar's service was excellent. I highly recommend him. I am 90 years old, handicapped, and chronically ill. The last tenants trashed my house that they were renting. Wilmar just took hold and made sure that everything was done efficiently and correctly to get the house back into very good condition. The entire house is beautiful again. I am so grateful I found such an honest and trustworthy person. (And his price was very reasonable, too).
