Wil reached out to me and after I mentioned that Ben Franklin had scheduled me for a 4 hour window and then canceled, Wil gave me a 1 hour window and arrived on time, donned the protective booties to enter my home, diagnosed the problem with the leaking faucet, directed me to purchase a replacement valve and proactively contacted me to schedule the install once the part had arrived! Great professional!

Late 3 hours for the 1st appointment, with notification. Took 3 trips to complete. Charge was high to me.

Wilmar arrived exactly on time and took care in taking his shoes off and ensuring all of the work area was nice and clean. He fixed a leaking bathtub faucet and after fixing the faucet he re-caulked the shower head fixture and downspout no charge. And, as he was cleaning up and washing his hands in the bathroom sink, he noticed it was draining slow, and the drain had a loose nut. I told him, he did not have to repair it because I knew he had to go to another job but he insisted on doing it. He went back out to his truck, got his tools, took off the p-trap and cleaned it all out at no-charge. Honestly, who would do that? Great guy and I highly recommend.

Was available for an emergency backup of sewage into house. His response was as good as can be expected with a team of workers that professionally repaired the problem as well as can be expected.

Wil did a drain repipe for 2 baths, sink and laundry changing old cast iron for new ABS. Very thorough, neat and quick. He came in with a crew of 3 and got the job done. I got another quote which was 3X more for about 30% more work. So cost and time efficient. Recommended.
