Reliable Roofing

Slow but reliable.

It was really hard for me to believe how much it was to install a new roof on a Mobilehome. Sunny who gave me the estimate was extremely nice and very knowledgable on roofing. I don’t know how to rate their work because they haven’t started yet.

Professional estimator, good workers and very good work. Work was done in a timely fashion . I am happy with the job.

Original proposal included shingles which are not allowed in our city. Reliable Roofing should have known this. The overall project became quite a bit more expensive due to this error. However, after the problem was resolved, the work went very quickly, and the end result was excellent.

The workers and management provide open lines of communication to resolve issue that arise during the job. My house is old and the roof presented some unique problems, The company put in extra effort to solve these issues and finished the job. I recommend Reliable Roofing for any roofing needs.

Reliable Roofing lives up to its name. When our re-roof job became more complicated due to a combination of 1950s construction and poor repair jobs from over the years, Reliable came up with a solution that fit our budget, and gave us a roof that will last a lifetime. Our project manager, Artin, was very attentive to our needs, and made sure the little details came out the way we wanted them. They left the job site clean, and the only way you'd have known they were there is the beautiful new roof on our house. Now I can rest easy, knowing that when it rains outside, it won't be raining inside as well. It also helps that they back up their work for 10 years (when most companies only cover 5) and the shingles are warrantied for 50 -- that's service you can rely on!

No one on work crew spoke English. No supervision on site while work being done. Solar-powered roof vents installed incorrectly (panels facing North, away from sun) and contrary to clear, illustrated instructions that came with units. Job supervisor telling me no other way to install???. Left lots of roof nails and other roofing debris in driveway and neighbors lawn.

Project is not done yet however, they are doing a great job so far and at a fair price.

Very unprofessional business practices. Their crew showed up unprepared without a ladder and tarps to cover my property for the demolition of my roof. They used my ladder and I covered my AC unit.

Argo went out of his way to personaly get the project done before it rained. I really appreciate that dedication.
