Make sure that you get enough pictures of the whole process. Especially if you have your decking removed. Reliable Roofing does work fast and I appreciate that they do not leave your roof, without decking, exposed. It's not often you get to see the condition under your roof. Besides, it is good to have for your records.

Reps were friendly and knowledgeable but didn’t communicate well with us on the project status and what was done. But they did a quality job at a great value.

After looking at a bunch of options on Home Advisor, Sam and Art from Reliable were quick to get here and give us a great quote for the work. They were able to start right away. Sam and Art and their team were fun, courteous and professional and the work was great. And it was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Reliable Roofing. Great customer service.

If the job is all you care about, then I am very pleased-at least until the first major rainstorm arrives and we test the actual work! The salesperson, Artin, was great and worked within my budget! He was also the project manager, I would have liked to see more of him as many things agreed on fell through the cracks! All was remedied, but a bit frustrating. Communication was the biggest problem, too many no shows, no calls and late arrival from the crew. This made the job extended by several days. All in all the the work was completed, but it should have been a smoother project!

Our 5-stars project manager, Sam, was very thorough and informed us what would take place each day in regards to installing new shingles on our roof. The crew was efficient and cleaned up the work area before they left for the day. Sam made sure the daily goal and deadline for the roofing project was met. We were impressed that it only took 2.5 days to complete our project considering that we had more than several old layers of shingles to be removed. Our roof now looks better than our house. Too bad they don’t paint homes.

From the first contact with the company, I was impressed with their customer service. Both on the phone and in person. They gave me a timeframe as to when they would meet me, and beat that timeframe by five minutes. Their reps spent four hours with me going over every detail, answering every question. I was so impressed, I signed a contract two days later. I highly recommend this company. They have a customer for life

First-rate work all the way. I hired Reliable Roofing after interviewing seven roofing contractors. David, the Project Manager, did the most thorough inspection and clearly explained in detail what needed to be done. The roofers are professional and personable and did a great job. I unequivocally recommend Reliable Roofing.

Workers was very professional and responsive to all of my concerns. Workers were very friendly and easy to work. with. Workers did an excellent job of cleaning up after each day's work. Project Manager, Kabo, did a great job of setting up and maintaining a daily work schedule.

Easy to work with , flexible and finished on time

Sam was extremely responsive and helped ease our anxiety through the process. As for the price, roofs are expensive - I'm not gonna lie -- but we got 3 bids and they were all within a few hundred dollars of each other (about $16k for a small 3-bedroom house) - which was more than we had, but there was a financing option, so that helped.

We heartily recommend Reliable Roofing as an extremely competent and professional roofing contractor. Through the entire process, we felt comfortable that Reliable Roofing was looking out for our best interests. The company's agent, Artin, did an excellent job identifying the sources of our leaks and recommending a plan of roof repair actions that were not only affordable, but timely. Reliable's roof repair crew arrived on time, had the proper tools and equipment, and executed the repairs in a timely and professional manner. In all matters, Reliable went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied.

This review is for Reliable Roofing Company out of Van Nuys, CA. I requested a quote based on the reviews from Home Advisor. The next morning I received a call from Diane and she scheduled for Mike and Sunny, the project managers, to come out that same day for an estimate. They showed up on time and were very friendly. They made me feel comfortable with their sales pitch however the only thing I was not happy with was their estimate, was on the high end of $37K and I said no. I have a wood shake roof which was replaced with black onyx asphalt tile. I did have two layers of shingles on a 2,286 square foot roof which does cost more due to labor. They also needed to replace a few fascia boards due to termite damage. This also included new insulation, new flashing, and roof ventilation. Mike right away got on the phone and called his boss Vic and asked for a discount. Vic finally came down to $28K and I said let's do it. The workers showed up the next day to demo the roof. It turns out the workers found additional water damage to the support beams on the frame of the roof. Vic and Sunny showed up and advised me of the issue and said it is optional to replace the support beams but wanted to charge me an extra $7,500. I told them I would only pay an extra $5K otherwise don't replace the beams. Vic agreed so the total came to $33K for an entire re roof. There were some issues that arose during the process but Sunny the project manager was on top of things and eventually resolved those issues. The job itself took two weeks and the workers cleaned up most of the nails and wood chips on the last day of the job. I personally did have to walk around my property and did find a few nails here and there. It did take another week for the city inspector to show up and approve the work done. For you interest, as part of The City of Garden Grove inspection you are required to have smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in your home. In the end the roof looks great and I am very satisfied with the final out-come. Reliable Roofing is pricey, however they do quality work.

Exceptional Service, Communication, and workmanship Our Project Manger, David J. was informed, excited about his work, communicated every step of the way. The workers were precise, clean and very respective of our property. The overall experience was above all expectations. Highly Recommend.
