The sales team was friendly and professional. The work crew for demolition was not professional. They left a mess in our garage that took hours to clean up afterward. The installation crew was hardworking but left without any word. I didn't know the job was complete till hours later. Cost was way high. for 500 Sq Ft. I paid over 8K!

i think this job was a little to expensive for a home's roof as small as mine. My girlfriend only paid 10,000 for her roof. But they were nice to me. and i really did'nt have the money. So, they financed me. still high.

During the beginning of this year's rain storms, our roof started leaking, with the water exiting right over our bed. The roof is covered by "antique" clay tiles (the house was built in 1920) and solar panels. The first roofing company I called clearly did not want to deal with panels (saying "leaks are always around the panel brackets" and refusing to inspect further, even after I explained that a thorough examination had already ruled out the panels as the problem). Fortunately, I was then referred to Reliable Roofing. They also conducted a thorough inspection, crawling up into our very shallow attic space and showing me, through photos, that the water was coming in at the roof ridgeline, well above the solar panels. Due to interruption by further rain storms it took them a couple of weeks to complete the repair and replacement (of about 750 feet of roof), but we suffered not a single leak during this period due to the quality of their temporary waterproofing. The work was completed to our complete satisfaction and was immediately tested by the "atmospheric river" that dumped a season's worth of rain on the roof in four days. Again, no leaks. I found Reliable's representative Greg very knowledgeable, cooperative and responsible. They've earned their company's name. I heartily recommend the company.

It is taking us a long time to get our permit. Job has been completed a week and we still don't have it. The roof looks amazing and the guys were really professional. One thing that annoyed us is they didn't remove all the trash like they were supposed to. The side yard looked like a cyclone had dropped a ton of litter on it. We ended up picking it all up ourselves before the rain came again.

Work was completed very quickly. Workers were on time each day. The cleanup could have been better I m still finding nails in the grass. I would suggest that when work is finished for the day that theywould come and let me know they were leaving. Overall very satisfied roof looks nice. Still waiting for final inspection and no one has contacted me about picking up the payment. And I have a few questions but my project manager hasn t contacted me or responded to my email

Excellent work considering the rains.

Our situation was direr than previously thought. Not only we had to replace the roof of our apartment complex, but we also had to replace the decking and other things as well. Fortunately, Art, Narek, and Berg worked with us in getting everything done from start to finish, and everything was completed right before the first major rainstorm of this year. So far, we have received no reports of leaks which has provided us with peace of mind. In addition, we received a 50-year warranty which is great. There is one more thing I would like to mention; due to the number of minor accidents which resulted in more drama than desired, I gave a 4.5 rating instead of 5. They did resolve those minor accidents in a timely fashion which is why I gave a 4.5 rating instead of 4.

The overall experience was excellent. Project manager was there to answer any questions we had. The roof had to be completely removed and rafters repaired. Extra team was sent out to speed up the job. The roofing crew was very professional and worked very hard to get the roof sealed up as they were against incoming rain storms. After resetting the tile the roof looks just like new. Very pleased indeed. The crew always showed up on time each day they worked on the job.

Stay away they put more emphasis on selling not advising, to many problems with the company.

They did very good job with the roof, but they damaged my heater, I had to pay another company to fix what they damaged, they did not cover what they supposed to cover.

Called for a simple leak repair in my dining room. Company led me to believe I had to replace half my flat roof right away, in between rainstorms, in order to fix it. Had me waive my right to cancel as they said it was an emergency. Later I learned the price they quoted me (14.5K for approximately 600 sq ft) was twice that of other companies. My entire house is only 1780 sq ft. (A side note - my boyfriend found multiple baseballs that were clogging the gutters, which was likely the reason for the initial leak, so their inspection to determine the leak was superficial). After they demo'd my roof, they tried to extort me for another 10K insisting to expand the job by replacing some plywood and to add two rafters. The "foreman," without my permission, also started pulling shingles off my pitched roof, which wasn't part of the original job, exposing my pitched roof to the elements in certain areas, compromising the integrity of the roof and telling me I needed to replace the pitched part of my roof as well. They proceeded to quote me a total of $65K and then "reduced" it to $55K and pressured me make a decision quickly or they may not be able to get the work done before the rain. I have since been told by a reputable company that a house of my size costs about 12K to re-roof in its entirety and I was also told by a roofer that the pitched roof was not in need of replacement. After realizing I was being taken advantage of, I asked Reliable to cancel the original contract for 14.5K. They kept pressuring me to continue with the job but I asked them to tarp it instead so I could get through the coming rainstorm because I couldn't make a 24.5K+ decision so quickly. After trying to get $5K for four hours of demo and two hours of tarping, they finally agreed to $2K total but only after I got my father involved to help me with the negotiation. They also said they would tarp with two layers of plastic, which they did not. The past 24 hours, my boyfriend and I have been up on the roof sweeping away water, soaking up puddles with towels, and fixing holes in the plastic (they only did one layer of tarp and there were micro-holes everywhere). I now have multiple leaks in multiple rooms, including on my child's bed where he was sleeping. These unethical people tried to extort me for completely unreasonable sums of money each step of the way, pressured me into a job that should have been done after the rainy season (if it needed to be done at all), put my house at risk, and put our lives at risk going up and down ladders in the rain in the middle of the night.

Our project manager, Serge, was great to work with. Every detail of the job was provided and explained, along with documents of contractor's license, worker's comp., insurance, etc. Serge was always available and worked our meetings around my work schedule. The work was begun quickly, progressed steadily, and completed quickly. When I wasn't satisfied with a cosmetic detail Serge had the crew return and correct it. I really appreciated his courtesy and friendliness. A major project like this is always stressful for the home owner, but Serge made it easier to deal with. Can only give 3 stars for value as I have nothing to compare.

We paid $29,000 for a 2000sqft roof. They'll super low ball the bid. After the roof is completely stripped, they'll as ask for another 10 grand for floorboards. Kinda surprising that the guy who did the first inspection (who was close to falling through the roof) didn't include that in the first bid. It's a complete con. Judging by other reviews, I'm not alone. Go with someone else, and get them under contract so they can't crew you like they did me.

We unfortunately had an awful experience with Reliable Roofing. After being very professional with the estimate, they offered us a nice discount (we did not ask for it), but upon finishing the demo, they demanded an additional (to the agreed upon price) $10K to finish. They then requested $8K when we refused and tried to get out of the contract. BEWARE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE GOUGERS!!!

Good service. Quick, clean, of all the work I’ve had done around my house, and I have had a lot their the only company I can praise.

Although they corrected problems, we needed to point out problems to them. They were not proactive in correcting issues. - wrong roofing material brought to site, tiles not properly placed on roof, and excessive debris in the garage. I documented the issues and emailed the supervisor. The quality of work would have been 2 stars if they had not corrected the problem. They were very good at returning my calls quickly when I had a problem. There are 2 stars with the overall experience because they were unpredictable with showing up and the multiple phone calls that I had to make to correct the problems.

Timely response and work, only bad thing was trash left after work was done.

Quality was excellent. Service was good, always on time and cleaned up everything after the job was completed. Pricing was higher than originally quoted due to more damage than anticipated.
