The customer service from Reliable Roofing was outstanding. When I first scheduled my appointment with them it was to inspect some leaks that had started during a heavy rainstorm. Sam and Berj came by to inspect my roof and found multiple areas that needed attention. Sam walked the roof with me and showed me all the areas that needed to be fixed. After seeing the damage first hand I knew that a simple patch job would not fix this. Sam and Berj went over the entire process of replacing the roof in great detail. When they left I felt confident that this job was going to be handled well. After the removal of the old shingles, it was discovered that the decking and multiple other areas of the underlying structure of the roof (I do not remember the exact terminology) were in terrible shape. Again Sam walked the roof with me, showing me all the areas that needed attention. I could see for myself that this job was about to swell in scope and price. Basically, the price tripled from that point. I will admit I felt a little pressured to just go with the recommended repairs as my roof was exposed at that point and there was another rain storm coming. As far as I can tell the work was done well, but the overall cost was a lot more than I had ever expected to pay. This is partially my fault for not doing more research on pricing before the inspection. If I had I would have had a better idea of what a job like this costs. One thing I wanted to add is that after the job was done, my front yard had a lot of debris left over from the roofers. I asked that they clean up the yard, expecting it to look as it did before the job started. I guess as expected after a job is completed, the cleanup job they did was mediocre. There was still a handful of debris on my lawn, which I just ended up picking up myself. May not be the biggest deal, but I expected after paying that much money for the job the least they could do was leave my yard looking the same. Overall I am happy with the look of the new roof and again, Sams customer service was good. Definitely on the pricey side, but I am hoping this roof is going to last for a long time. On a side note, and this has absolutely nothing to do with Reliable Roofing, Home Advisors scheduling system is garbage. They made mistakes on every appointment. The only time the appointment time was right was when I scheduled it directly with Reliable Roofing. If you hire anyone off of Home Advisor, contact them directly. Do not let HA do the scheduling for you.

The team did a great job repairing the leaks in my roof. We did this early enough in the season to get through the rest of the rains without incident. Thanks so much!

They roofed over an active vent. They immediately got it fixed. Partially my fault.

I was intellectually quoted $13,360, to replace my roof, they just went and measured the roof. The next day they tore off the roof after and told me it would be an additional 15 thousand because I need extra work that need to be done. They charged 3 times the amount I was quoted after the work was completed my total was almost 30 thousand. Comes to find out they are not even the company to actually do the work, it was another company to do the work because they where changing in ownership. They put a mechanic lean on my home and now want to take me to court when I was over charged when my home is not even quite 12 hundred square feet. I feel like this company totally token advantage of a senior. Be very reluctant on hiring.

Wonderful and reasonably priced, clean during project and would refer them to anyone in need of roofing.

Hank and the team were really great to work with. Everyone, including the roofers themselves were very nice and professional. They squeezed in my little tear-down job on my garage with very fast turn around time. When the day was set, they completed the job to the rafters by lunchtime. There was very little mess, just the sawdust from replaced rafter beams and one or two nails which is absolutely to be expected. The materials they used were the best quality, and I can't beat the 50-yr warranty. They wanted to upsell to the house, but it's not ready yet. But I'll for sure hire this team to do the house when the time comes. Thank you, Hank, and everyone. It's a fine family feeling business you have going. I appreciate your fast response and care with the job.

Do not use this company. 1st this company came in and quoted me twice the amount two other companies quoted me. i was anxious due to all the recent rains we have been experiencing in so I signed the contract prior to having the other two quotes. i should have known this company was not good when the sales rep. serg told me I needed to sign the non cancellation form in order for them to start the next day. the next day they showed up late to remove 350 staff of flat roof and immediately after that was done I received a phone call from serge indicating he and his supervisor mike needed to come out because the workers found something. mind you they wanted to come between 6 - 7 pm I told them that sounded crazy because it would be dark. they said they have flashlights, which they never showed up with, they used the flashlight from cell phone they went on the roof, stomped around for a while and when they came in mike indicated he needed to see the attic to see where the roof met up to the section i wanted repaired so I took him to the garage, which is where it was not the attic. Mike looks everywhere except for where he was supposed to be looking and started telling me the beams in my garage needed to be changed etc, mind you my house was built in 1942 and has been through i do not know how many earthquakes. the priced went from $3,400 for a 350 sf flat roof to $7,800. because i signed the contract I paid the deposit and the demo of this small section. needless to say i hired another roofer all state roofing who performed the project in one day and at 1/2 the price. i took a loss of the $1,800 paid to reliable roofing, which was a deposit and demo removal rather than use.

Beware !!!

The sales team was friendly. The workers seemed efficient and knowledgeable. The communication of the scope of the project and during the project was a bit lacking. The clean-up afterwards was rushed and incomplete. The repair on the roof looks okay, and time will tell if it was effective.

Unable to repair my flat roof twice. After the second attempt, I reached out to find a resolution and they made things difficult. Had to reach out to HomeAdvisor to help with the resolution.

Project managers did not return my phone calls some times or else they did not get back to me quickly after telling me "Ill call you RIGHT back". Porta potie promised but was not delivered. Inaccurate information regarding as to when the building inspector would show up for the final insp. New roof does look good.

Reliable Roofing is owned by a. Employees, Narek G., and Serg Z. came out to my house because I had a roof leak. They gave me a price to repair part of my roof. It was a Sunday and I was grateful they came out on Sunday. I signed a contract because they promised to start the repair on Wednesday and have it completed by Friday. On Wednesday they sent a couple of guys who removed some of my tiles and left. I didn't hear from anyone all day. I finally called Narek, who advised me that the work was more involved than he initially quoted and more than doubled the price. I was desperate and agreed. Narek said he would apply for a permit that day. The following day they once again sent a couple of guys. They partially demolished the roof and placed a tarp. They also left a lot of trash throughout my property and took the tarp that I had placed on the roof. I asked Narek about the tarp and he said it was on the side of the house. That was a complete lie because I have Ring and they were on camera folding it and putting in their truck. For the next several days I asked Narek when they were going to begin work on my roof. He gave me the runaround and never did apply for the permit. I finally canceled the contract. Reliable Roofing charged me $2,500.00 for demolition. All they did was make a big mess and tarp the roof. I retained a new roofer, who told me I needed my entire roof replaced and that the prior roofer should never have removed the tiles if they were not ready to work on the roof. My new roofer did an excellent, efficient, timely job replacing my entire roof for substantially less money than Reliable Roofing was charging to replace half my roof. Stay away from this company. I got them through Home Advisor and will not be relying on Home Advisor in the future.

During the assessment and quoting process the company failed to show up for at least two separate appointments without prior notice. After the first missed appointment numerous phone calls had to be made to get the second appointment scheduled only to have no one show up. It was very difficult to even get called back reliably. Therefore, I did not end up hiring them.

Very experienced, knowledgeable, professionals, and enjoyable. They know their work and enjoy it. Great problem solvers. I recommend them to anyone. Very nice to the customers. When I get more work done I will have them do it.

Terrible, terrible job, please do not hire them. My roof is leaking worse than before they finished the job. Also tried to change our signed contract from. $7000.- job to a $35,000.- job, after they had started and pulled the existing partial roof off, then threatened me with a demolition charge if I did not convert to the higher estimate.

I will recommend changing the name to"unreliable" because after getting a deposit they disappeared, leaving us to help ourselves with a leaking roof. The grate of their attitude is an F.

My entire experience was very pleasant! Sunny came out for estimate and followed through on the repair step by step including the temporary tarps necessary for the rain that came just after the estimate. Thank you!

I hired Reliable Roofing because they promised job would be completed within a certain time period. They underbid the job and when they demolished, they more than doubled. I hired someone else to take over who did the job for much less than Reliable. This company is a con and should not be recommended by Home Advisors.

I am very appreciative that Reliable Roofing took great care in maintaining my home dry during heavy rainstorms while they were re-roofing my home. The roof is beautiful. Kabo Y. was very good on checking on the work, very detailed, and patiently answered all my questions.

they fixed as leak in our tile roof. you can not tell it was repaired .They did a very good job.
